Dr. Warrender was great pre opp and post opp. The rest of the staff were very helpful too. I wish I could remember all there names. I think there were two named Janice. Allied Physicians Surgery Center waited until two days before my scheduled surgery to cancel it, on…read morespite of the fact that it had been scheduled for two weeks ago, because they say they would lose money on something they needed to procure for it. This is after I took the week off of work for the surgery, and will now have my return to work delayed for recovery time because the surgery is now rescheduled elsewhere at a later date. So, they cost me two weeks of work, Now who's losing money? I find this very inconsiderate and unacceptable, especially since they had two weeks to figure this out. I would give them zero stars if I could.

They didnt believe me. I had Anthem call Dr. Mahon's office and tell them that the visit would be covered 100%, and they still told Anthem that they didn't believe them. They told me that if insurance paid the bill, they would reimburse us. Insurance paid 100% of the bill 6 weeks ago, and still no refund. Now I'm being forced to call them and deal with these rude and inconsiderate people. It really is too bad that Dr. Mahon is great at what he does, but has a staff that pushes people away. Sorry Dr. Mahon, but there is too much competition out there. Your office staff is appalling!
