We appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts! We are an active duty military family on vacation from Texas and just outside of Rice Lake we had turbo intake hose on our 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 HD AT4X AEV blow. We were 70 miles from where we were staying and found this GMC dealer online. Desperate, we went inside and explained our situation. We had no other vehicle, we were 1400 miles from home, and 70 miles from where we were staying, with zero options. We were stranded. Samuel, our service advisor, said he would need to talk to the manager Mel and see what they could do as they were booked solid. Samuel and Mel were able to squeeze my car in the very next day, despite being booked solid, and provide us with a loaner vehicle so we could make it to our lodging for the evening. This dealer was a lifesaver! They repaired my truck the next day and even let us keep the loaner car an extra day as it was our 25th wedding anniversary and we didn't want to spend it driving to pick up the vehicle. This is exactly what you want every dealer to do, but very few would go above and beyond like the team at Don Johnson Motors and Rice Lake. You saved our trip, our truck, made sure we weren't stranded, and even made sure we had a happy 25th anniversary. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You guys truly are the best!!!!!!
