I had a backup camera and window graphics added to my truck and they did a great job with both. Professional installation at a great price. The guys even went the extra mile to secure a window shade that was coming loose. Sound and Logic has installed heated seats and a remote start for me in the past. I will continue to have them complete any add one I need in the future. This is the second time I have had Sound And Logic put in a remote start for my vehicle. They are very professional and they explain everything so wonderfully. I've never ever had a problem and I will always go to them for future products. Plus they did a life of battery check and found my battery was at 60% and suggested I get one by next winter. They don't sell them there so it's not like they told me that so I would buy something else. They just wanted me to be aware. I thought that was wonderful thank you! Chris is amazing! read more

The radio in my daughter's car stopped working and needed replacement. I called and scheduled an appointment. I also decided when I was dropping the car off that if they had the equipment and time to install a backup camera I would like that done in addition. As luck would have it, the UPS driver dropped off a supply backup cameras. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and walked me thru using the radio. The install in the vehicle was clean and looked great. But the thing I was most impressed with was the pride in their workmanship. Several years prior, one of the air vents was pushed in and could not be manipulated back into place. The staff could have left it the way they found it, but instead put it back into place! I will use again and highly recommend to anyone in need of radio replacement. read more

Since writing my first review, I have had Dish Network come to my cabin to fix our problem of no signal. We were told that Dish would never do an installation like Sound-N-Logic did on our cabin. The technician told us that they never use connectors to run wires to a Dish antenna but instead, run wires directly to the antenna. The Dish technician found two wires that had to be replaced because the connectors got wet and shorted out causing the wires to burn. I have the wires to prove this. I was also told, by the person I talked to at Sound-N-Logic, that the person that they sent out to do our install was hired to do sound systems in vehicles. So, again, I would never hire this so called company again. Unqualified help, and if they can't fix the problem they caused, they just dump you. read more

We recently completely remodeled an old farm home in NW Wisconsin. We decided to go through Sound-N-Logic to install our in home audio and put in a pretty high end system (Onkyo receiver, 3 zone in home sound, outdoor sound, surround sound in the theater room, etc). The system is great, quality is what was expected, where we were disappointed was with the installation. Nice staff and got out to our place in a timely manner, communicated well. read more

I was told I needed to have my radio replaced because of the problems it was having.... I asked that all the features on the current (stock) stereo be replaced as well. Over $500 later, the radio was replaced without main features of the stock radio (such as a back up camera, etc.). A few dollars were deducted for the incompatibilities; however, the price remained over $500 and it continues to do what it did before it was replaced... Wouldn't recommend. read more
