He supposedly does credit repair, and he must be used to talking to people who he deems to be "less than"...in his eyes. He was extremely rude, dismissive , and disrespectful! Not to mention the frustration of repeating myself 4 times. In my personal opinion thats ridiculous. It's like the left hand does not know what the right hand does. Hey fidelity...GET IT TOGETHER!!!
