We purchase a photo package which includes several sizes of individual snapshots and a class composite. Our son's individual pictures were decent in quality; however, the class composite was very grainy and not very clear. My wife took the class photo to the studio seeking a replacement. Upon arrival, the staff said that it did not look "that bad," but would still issue another. When my wife picked up the replacement, it looked identical to the original. The quality was definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL. My wife immediately addressed her concern, but management was basically indifferent and showed no interest in correcting the issue. Recommendation: AVOID

Each year before using them I have had to clean them thoroughly before we could use them. I've rented 50 chairs at a time ( every August ) that's a lot of chairs to have to clean. Each year I rented them I've gotten some sort of reason why they were delivered not clean for use. This year I rented only 25 chairs... they were disgusting. I could see if it was an over site but it's happened for so many years, over-site turns into lies. I will not be renting ever again nor will the company I work for. This year tents unlimited was contracted for our company picnic as they are every year to set up a tent, tables and chairs This year they showed up so late we had company employees and company guest standing around waiting for the set up to even arrive... Maybe ownership has changed hands or they just don't give 2 chits anymore The response when bringing it to an employees attention was "well that's why we discounted the chairs" what? Took me hours to clean those god damn chairs, they got their chairs back clean! Like I cleaned their chairs because they are too cheap to pay someone to clean them and or too damn lazy to do it themselves. Certainly my time is worth more than a $1 a chair. I'm rip chit just thinking about it! That's a Chitty move on this company's part, putting the cleaning of their equipment on the customer before the customer gets to use it! That's like buying a brand new car and having the sales guy spill a soda on the seat and say, we've discounted the car a few dollars for the soda stain, should just wipe right off, enjoy! My issues came later when prior to my wedding I wanted to provide him with a list of portraits I wanted to be sure to capture he told me he didn't do that to have someone at the wedding handle that. There were also some detail shots I would have wanted that were never taken - again because he wouldn't take the list. Now I realize this all sounds very bridezilla like but there were certain individuals I wanted to be certain got included in portraits - my 90 year old aunt that has since passed away, my 15 year old cousin who was a bridesmaid and wasn't in the bridal party shots because there wasn't anyone really keeping track of who needed to stay and go. The detail shots I would have sucked up...but the people, that's a true loss to me. Additionally we had been told they could do some airbrushing and had for our engagement sessions (airbrushed out a manufacturing plant in the background) when asked if they could do the same for a couple of portraits they told us they couldn't without up charging. In the end the album is beautiful and still gets rave compliments but the customer service side wasn't where I'd have liked it to be. If you're okay with letting them handle everything, then you will be thrilled with their work, but if you want input - I'd ask some very pointed questions before hiring to make sure you feel comfortable.

B_entertained High…read morehopes, high disappointments. I wish I'd seen a review that helped me dodge this bullet. If you are planning a wedding, choose someone else. We used to B_entertained to supply the rentals for our wedding reception at Egerton Park. As we prepared for the event, they made mistakes. For example, they sent us quotes that were triple the price of what they should have been, and which we would've had to pay if we hadn't contested them. In every zoom meeting, Mike kept his camera off, which felt creepy and unprofessional. The company was also unclear about their cancellation and 72 hour policies. However, we took this in stride, and we were ready to let them work things out. We thought we were having a communicative experience with their customer service, and were hopeful that it would go well. At the reception, the generator shorted out one hour before the end of the event. We had paid for the larger generator, but it still gave out. Fortunately for us, our family and friends pulled together and used phone lights to keep the dancefloor lit. We brought our own speaker that was battery powered, and without it, the music would have stopped too. I'm very grateful we didn't also hire a DJ through this company, as their equipment would have stopped working when the generator did. What was most disappointing to me was my experience when I called Mike to discuss this with him. I expressed my frustrations in the hopes that he could explain what happened. But Mike was combative, aggressive, and told me that it was our fault. When I made that phone call, I was prepared to write a review about how, even though the generator stopped working, they worked with us to find a solution. But Mike hung up on me before I had even finished talking. I hope the recording of the call will be made available to me. If he had dealt with me on the phone call kindly, then I would be writing a very different review. But I am immensely disappointed with the service, this reaction, and the way that he treats you once he has your money. I do not recommend this company.

She worked so closely with us leading up to our wedding and completely rocked our wedding day. I want to write about all aspects here so please see all the sections: Day of: Oh my gosh. Joan went so far above and beyond for us. We had some communication issues with our venue and Joan stepped in right away to help me stick to the details we'd been planning together. She really became our day-of coordinator and worked so well with our photographers, videographer, caterers and more to keep everyone together on the same page and on schedule. They all loved working with her and I can say our whole event was FLAWLESS thanks to Joan. Amazing personality, speaker, officiant, and DJ: So many of our guests came up to us to tell us how amazing she was. Our ceremony was officiated beautifully, eloquently, and to perfection.
