A month later, I did not receive any check, NOT a dime. I followed up by email twice they did not reply. I'm really upset how they charged me over $2k for a service I cancelled. The run their business like a scam. The person I emailed was Eric who didn't cancel my membership not once but twice after I sent him an email. The person who handled my refund is David. The number I contacted is 317-308-0770. I can provide email and text of these conversations if anyone in the F45 franchise/company wants to investigate this mismanagement. I am really upset that they did not reply to my last email following up the check. It has been 2 weeks.

The f45 app is also great if you wanna supplement exercises at home. The f45 challenge is definitely worth it and we got so much support from the coaches there through the whole thing. The one-on-one attention from the trainers makes such a difference -- I mostly take classes with Jesse, McKenna, and Peter, and they're all incredible. I do a mix of small group and group classes, and I genuinely enjoy every one of them. I love how much focus there is on form. The trainers make sure you're doing everything correctly and safely, and they really individualize the programming to different levels. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, they meet you there and still push you to go further. The group programming runs for 5-6 weeks at a time, which I love because you can actually track your progress and see how much stronger you're getting. I've been challenging myself to lift heavier and heavier, and I've noticed such a big change in my body -- someone even told me I have "Madonna arms," which made my day! Real Fitness has truly been a game changer for me. I'm motivated every day to show up and put in the work, and the community here is amazing -- it really feels like a family where everyone cheers each other on.

I held onto this fantasy that one day, one of my friends would take me to a gym and magically show me what to do. I looked up gyms near me when I realized this was a silly fantasy but coming here actually turned it into a reality. all the trainers are knowledgeable and meticulous. everyone is very nice and normal, which was surprising to me. there aren't any gimmicks or pretense and the pricing is very fair. health-wise it's stopped my knees from flaring up from hypermobility, I can carry much more and I can't fit into my pants for good reasons.

I went to the Venice one and the spot was actually much bigger than it looked from outside. Alex, the trainer for my Run and Lift early morning class, was super welcoming and totally delivering top-notch first-timer experience for me, paying detailed attention that I got the instructions correctly and did the right movements. The intensity of the workout forced me to my limit, but they did let people do it on their own pace. The complementary facilities like locker, shower room, and even free towels made bunch of plus points, though one downside might be I'd prefer it to be cleaner (read: the women's bathroom might need more frequent cleaning especially with shedding hair). You did have the option to indulge post the workouts by getting their smoothies, which was also available to be pre-ordered and tailored to your preference by customizing the ingredients. Not to mention, the Venice one had plenty of free parking spaces!

The Yoga Space: Minimalist, with warm wood tones, all sun-lit by a giant oval skylight overhead. The Class (Flow with Bailey Kai): This was a music-driven, cue-based flow that works for all levels. Bailey's teaching style is beginner-friendly for anyone who is looking to explore yoga in a beautiful setting with great music. She guides the movement first, then names the pose in English. It allows the body to learn easily, which is a great for new students. The class unfolded as one long, continuous flow that gradually built. Near the end, we were offered an optional peak pose of Birds of Paradise. As we down-regulated with grounded stretching, the playlist slipped into a moody, hypnotic feel of "Want It" by Mk.gee (gentle, inward, & beautifully timed: https://youtu.be/ZXVCmYWCOwI?si=U1tWC20pIELUMylK), followed by grounded stretching and savasana. I brought a friend (one of my favorite yoga teachers;-), and she appreciated some of Bailey's creative cueing. Always a good sign when a teacher enjoyed class. This Class Is Perfect For: - Beginners who want clear, movement-based guidance - Intermediate students who love a smooth, continuous flow that gradually builds, with add-ons and a peak pose - Anyone wanting music-driven movement without added heat in a beautiful space Final Take: OPEN with Bailey Kai delivers an accessible, long flow in a beautiful sun-lit space. Perfect when you want to generate your own heat and move in a steady, continuous rhythm. Practical Notes: Street parking nearby and a $5 lot across the street for OPEN clients. Mats and towels provided. Water station, bathroom, sauna, and cold plunge available.
