They informed all of the patrons that all new equipment would be placed in the new Madison location, which is great! I also think its great that the womens (and I would assume mens) locker rooms have multiple bathroom stalls, showers, lockers of all sizes, and a sauna! Theres also multiple tanning beds and its a 24 hr facility! A very chill laid back atmosphere where everyone is actually committed to working out and nobody bothers you. At Iron Tribe Fitness you don't pay to use equipment; you pay for an education, life change and caring, dedicated coaches. In your classes, yes group of people just like you, you are supported by the group, trained on proper body technique by knowledgeable coaches and challenged in each class to push your limits. As one coach says "no strain no gain". Pain is not the goal, improving yourself at your individual pace while pushing yourself with great help is the goal. I did end up having to pay out of the 2 year contract in order to cancel. On the plus side the owner did call and try to make it right by offering compensation retrospectively but the fact of the matter is you are singing a contract that is hard to end. If you are unsure, go somewhere that has a more favorable cancellation policy. Good gym and nice people but for most I would recommend a noncontractual gym membership.

This branch offers several amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor walking track, basketball gym, fitness gym, exercise classes, child watch (8 weeks -12 years) and youth after school and summer programs. Each time I visit, my experience has been consistently positive. The staff at this branch are very friendly and overall the facility is clean and well-maintained without signs of overcrowding.

I had to miss work the very next day to take him to the doctor to make sure his organs were still functioning appropriately. I paid $100 for two days with no refund. I emailed the director of the holiday camps about this situation, where she has yet to reply acknowledging the situation.

Second is their services--they have a great assortment of mental health/fringe things to help you stay as close to 100% as possible. They have a good personal trainer introduction available--even for your black card guest. You can use it anywhere there is a Planet Fitness. Their App is cool. Clean stations are plentiful. They have a summer program for your teen to workout free!! Now for the cons. It is expensive, but predictable. The App seems to be compatible with the equipment, but I have never been successful getting it to link up. They are legalistic--with tanning they have a rigid 24 hour rule. If you go 4 minutes of a possible 9 minutes at 6:43pm, don't try to go 4 more minutes at 5:20pm the next day...that violates policy. Common sense doesn't apply to the keepers of the gate. The clean equipment rule is every man for himself. I clean before and after...because I see way too many folks only clean before they use it. Gross! They don't have a way for your guest, even with upcharge, to easily enjoy the black card amenities in the back--hydro massage, for example. This leaves the primary member feeling...guilty or judged in a supposed "judgement free" zone. All in all, if there was a gym closer to my home with similar amenities, I'd consider them. Until then, I keep going here. We are all creatures of comfort. Three stars from me.
