Front desk staff is efficient and patient; clinical staff is knowledgeable and kind. On-line check-in is easy, and the facility is clean and easily accessible although parking can be tight. Give yourself a few extra minutes in case you need to park in the garage and walk a little bit (it's not far). It doesn't take a year to get an appointment; they were able to schedule me about 5 weeks out, which is very good these days. Overall, I'm very happy with this facility. I was a bit wary about being scheduled an ultrasound here with the wide spectrum of Yelp posts, both good and very bad. However, speaking from my personal experience, this went well. From the phone scheduling after my physician's referral (9/19/24), to check-in at reception and pleasant waiting room with classical music (9/26/24). The ultrasound tech who showed me the dressing rooms, the secure lockers to stow clothing & valuables, and who performed the ultrasound was very nice, professional and thorough. Added plusses were warmed exam smock, clean washcloths/linen, and ultrasound gel. I was expecting discomfort, but she was able to get the images needed without pain. She had them reviewed by another physician onsite. This resulted in additional images, further examination, and then at the end was provided feedback about the results. The final report will be sent to my physician. She also provided me with a personal referral to another specialist who could help alleviate my current situation. Pro tips: *schedule as early in the morning as possible to give time with the commute and have parking availability. *do not use any lotion, powder, deodorant, or excessive fragrance prior to the scheduled exam. *both me and the ultrasound tech both wore masks, especially with cold, flu, Covid season. I will have to get an additional MRI despite today's ultrasound and speaking from my own specific outcome. Now armed with two doctor referrals, maybe my insurance (that I pay out of pocket for) will actual listen to both medical professionals versus flat out denying the diagnostic requests. I found out that appointments are scheduled out almost a year. Supposedly this is due to a number of factors, lack of technical personnel, limited imaging equipment and lack of MD's to read test results. This facility has had this recurring problem in the past. They just can't seeme to get themselves organized. Other medical facilities seem to accept and correct similar challenges. What's the problem here? read more

Helpful people. Very capable technologist. In and out quickly which is what you want in Mammography.

I had a mammogram there. The technician was so rude and without any manners. She tortured me for almost an hour. She didn't stop commenting my breast size, which is perfect for my size. The doctor was seeing something but couldn't see it. My exam continued more than an hour because the doctor wanted to see that invisible thing. After all that torture she asked for another exam in 6 months. Not with them! I left in such of pain. My breasts hurt and my ribs were in so much pain that I couldn't breathe. I was not able to sleep because of the pain and ability to breathe. It's my 5th day and I'm still in pain. read more

There are long waits here and everything feels rushed. Also, they want you to just keep coming back to monitor things that aren't changing, but it's not worth the cost. Plus, they sent me two separate bills for each visit, then didn't tell me there were two and sent one to collections since I paid the one that was in MyChart but didn't see a different one in the mail. They never told me about it and I only found out once a collections bill came. Also with the cost of two seperate bills for each visit (with insurance) it absolutely was not worth such a quick appointment with no new information. read more

Dr's office tried to schedule a post op appt for me and had to leave a message. I was contacted , however no appt for another month. I explained it was for a six month f/u and was told my provider should have scheduled it for me back in March. She was quite rude about it. I also wanted to schedule my annual mammogram for November but was told not until the other one was done. If I can't get an appt. at that time,November, heads will roll as I have tried to be proactive and timely. As a person who has had breast cancer twice I find the attitude of this facility lacking. This is supposed to be your specialty. People with this diagnosis should expect better care. I hope someone who might make some changes and educate the folks working there will do something positive. read more

A very good experience. Scheduling was efficient and quick. I scheduled early in the morning so the parking wasn't a problem. What i didn't tell them is that i have been a mammo tech for over 20 years. I was due for my annual, and decided to go someplace close to home. I was really pleased with how well Abby Kidane dealt with my breast size, without making me feel awkward or uncomfortable. The mammo was not painful and she was very professional and gentle. I'm surprised that no one has taken the time to post a review in such a long time. Maybe this is just not a thing anymore, but i feel that a lot of people take the time to write bad reviews, and hardly ever time to write words of praise. A big shout out to Abby for being a tech with all the qualities that i look for in a technologist. Thank you! read more

Though I had to wait a bit for a Mammogram, the Ultrasound and Biopsy I ended up needing were done almost immediately. The staff and radiologist were kind, caring and compassionate. They explain everything and are very respectful of you and your time. I won't every go anywhere else. read more

For at least 15-20 years I've had yearly checkups at this facility. After holding on the phone for more than 10 minutes, I was told they could schedule me for the first available appointment in 3 months. Unacceptable phone service; unacceptable wait for appointment. Looks like I'll have to find a more responsive provider. read more

I was referred to Swedish by Kaiser, as they have at this point no 3D breast imaging equipment nor will the radiologist at Kaiser Everett let me have the breast ultra sound my doctor wanted. The Covid precautions we very good & I felt safe. The imaging was wonderful & done with an abundance of trying to get to the bottom of an 8 month journey & ongoing argument with Kaiser Everett's radiologist. The Ultra Sound was again done fully & the Radiologist came in afterward & did some more ultra sound views of her own. Highly Recommended. read more

I am SO frustrated with my experience here. When I called to make an appointment I was placed on hold. I let the hold music play for 1/2 hour before finally giving up and leaving a message. I was never called back. Against my better judgement I scheduled here anyway (I work in the same building, convenience won). I was asked to check in at 3, for a 3:15 appointment, that was supposed to last 20 minutes. Like many people, I took time off of work to come to this appointment, and imposed on neighbors to pick my children up after school. After sitting, completely unacknowledged for 45 minutes, I interrupted one of the rude receptionists to ask how much longer I was likely to wait. She didn't know - maybe 10 minutes, maybe 30. She seemed to find the question pretty annoying. I waited another 15, (and in the mean time scheduled a mammogram at Everett clinic next door) and left at 4 pm, a full hour after my check in time. No acknowledgment WHATSOEVER from any human, except the time I asked my question. No call back from them, though I had signed in and then disappeared. (Probably not the first time this has happened to them). My experience does not give me any confidence that they would have handled my care properly. Could I have gotten my records when I wanted them? Would they be sent to my doctor in a timely fashion? Very doubtful. read more
