Stopped on a whim on an attempt to grab a morning coffee and pastry that wasn't Dunkin - I am SO glad I did. We got the cinnamon rolls, a melt and two coffees. I couldn't believe how fair the price was and upon finishing our food and drinks I texted everyone I knew locally about how good it is. Everything is fresh and delicious. They are fresh food, not fast food, so that should be kept in mind. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious, toasts are wonderful, and their protein acai is amazing. With that in mind, though, don't do them a disservice and eat them long after you order. They are true fresh food, so fresh fruit and ice. No frozen stuff. So keep in mind would you drive for 40 minutes with soft serve ice cream then complain it melted. The same goes for their bowls. If you can't eat right away, I recommend getting them in a cup (which I do) so I can drink while driving and then eat toppings. Best of both worlds. read more

Very clean and comfortable hideaway on a very busy route 44. I always come here by foot when my car is being worked on up the road. The Pumpkin smoothie and smoothie bowl was nicely done. Almonds, apples, craisins and a pumpkin base which is super smooth and refreshingly cold. Only downside is that it's a tad watery. You can tell there's a little nutmeg and or cinnamon within the blend- nice touch which made It have an authentic flavor to it. Call them they tell me it must be a glitch in the system and tell me I can either pickup or they will give me a credit for 5% as a small buisness owners for over 20 years I would never treat a customer this way I would have either cancelled the order or offered a credit . I have been coming to sweet and earthy for a few years now, since I moved into the area. First for the cinnamon buns, then I moved onto the delicious toasts, juices and smoothies. I ordered a protein açaí bowl and everything was fresh and perfect. I get these a lot wherever I go and this was as good if not better than any I've had.
