But as he said money talks so maybe once you spend a lot of it they'll be a lot nicer and answer your questions or help and be more friendly to you NEXT time. We were greeted by Jeffrey Slaton, and informed him what we were looking for, and what our size limitations were. He directed us to several different sets, and we had decided on one particular set. Jeffrey then went to check to see if it was in stock, with my wife in tow. While they were busy doing that, I continued to look around, and spotted a set we hadn't seen before. I sat at it, and thought it would be the perfect set for our dining area. When he and my wife came back to find me, I suggested it to my wife, and she agreed it would suit our home dining space. We also purchased a bench to go with the dining set, and a desk. Jeffrey was very courteous, very accommodating, answered all our questions, and most of all, didn't pressure us into making a decision. We would definitely shop at The Furniture Warehouse in Ellenton again, if we have any future furniture needs. They have a great selection at many different price points.

We were buying two $900/each recliners then were told it would be $149 for delivery. To soften the blow he said that would cover all purchases for a year. We then decided to also purchase a chair and a couch. Well, they added on another $50 delivery. What? He had just said it would cover all orders for 12 months. Nope. The couch was a floor model so it adds on another $50. One of the back corners had the back loose for the about 10 inches towards the top. The salesperson said he would have someone there staple it back. When we received the couch, the upper portion of the back had indeed been restapled. However, the rest of that corner below that was flopping open. Someone who said she was in charge of the repair dept. at corporate called and said that they would do nothing to correct it. She said that it was a floor model, therefore we had implicitly accepted any and all damage. That seems like a pretty nasty response. Doubly so since it was NOT damaged like that when we bought it.

The under-cabinet Hera halogen lights still worked, but the external mounting rings were falling apart. There are no longer replacements available. I called Eclectic-ware twice about which replacement options to choose for warm LED lights in the same location. The owner explained things very patiently and I made my order--with all the items he told me were needed. The new equipment, lights and rings arrived in CA about a week later. An electrician installed the lights last week. The replacement LED lighting looks terrific. Great customer service!

After our first meeting he knew exactly what we needed and he came up with a great plan. We needed HOA approval and John even had everything ready for our ARC application. In total, Luxscapes installed a perfect sized paver patio, planted 3 large privacy bushes, four palms (on the larger size) and numerous small plantings to accompany the palm "islands".
