Extremely unprofessional experience…read more We initially agreed on pricing and terms for a party, but after booking, Jennifer came back with additional charges and changed the terms. For example, the number of hosts was reduced from two to one and suddenly the craft we selected was an additional cost. Despite asking her three times for a list of crafts included in the quoted price, she never provided one. When I addressed the discrepancies between what we were originally promised and her new pricing, she accused me of being abrasive. She also claimed that the email we received was the same as everyone else's, even though we had already discussed specific details and chosen our services. Ultimately, she suggested that it might not be a good fit for her team and recommended we cancel. This happened after over a month of trying to communicate and book the event. She was unresponsive to phone calls and texts and even yelled at my boss, using inappropriate language, before agreeing to refund our deposit. It seemed like she was trying to increase her profits and didn't appreciate that we wouldn't accept the new terms. We will not be doing business with her, nor would we recommend her services to others.

I gave Jess the theme and colors of the shower and she promptly gave me a few pictures of the balloon design that worked with the signage and theme to choose from. Jess was so easy and fun to work with. On the day of the shower she arrived at the venue at the exact time we had decided on and was cheerful and got right to work assembling the project. The sculpture was just what I had discussed with her and more. My daughter was teary eyed when she arrived at the shower. The balloon sculpture was complimented by so many guests. I would recommend her services to everyone. I also really appreciated how quickly Jess got back to me when I originally inquired about her services. Jess is awesome and I feel lucky to be able to have used her balloon design services. Jess's billing and payment plan was easy, organized and professional to use. The kids loved her and Sarah was able to complete all of our attendees faces (~15in 2 hrs). All the kids lined up waiting their turns. Admittedly, i was only expecting like simple face paints. The faces painted all turned out to be full blown elaborate depictions (we had a hello kitty theme, and the kids actually came out looking like san rio characters). I was very pleased. Sarah completely exceeded my expectations. She was on time and flexible with the requests. How she managed to work with a room full of kids and chaos goes beyond me...some ppl are just built for that. Overall, I feel like i got a really good deal. Highly recommend.
