I want to state that my original issue was with JustFlowers.com regarding a Mother's Day (May10) order that was never delivered on time. The flowers were ordered in advance for Mother's Day delivery, but after the holiday passed, I was told the arrangement had already been delivered -- even though I work from home and never received anything. On Saturday May 16, after being contacted by Sweet Impressions regarding a delayed delivery, I spoke with the owner and found the interaction very frustrating. I repeatedly explained that my concern was with JustFlowers and not with their shop personally, but the conversation became argumentative and defensive instead of helpful. As a customer already dealing with a failed holiday order, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and professionalism during the call. I understand florists are overwhelmed during major holidays, but the overall experience left me even more frustrated with the situation. read more

Giving them one star is more than they deserve. My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers, a balloon, and paid extra for them to be delivered on Friday, the day before valentines. He kept checking the delivery status and said they would be delivered by 8p.m. At 7:45 he got a message that they had been cancelled. FTD told him that the florist cancelled the delivery since it was so far and would only deliver them if we paid more. They claimed that the delivery fee for my area is 20 dollars. My husband paid 118 for the arrangement and since the fee was supposed to be 20, that would have made the arrangement 138 but they wanted a total of 197 dollars. They never offered a sincere apology, they never offered to make it right, and they never took any responsibility, only blaming FTD. My husband would have paid the extra but they never tried to get in touch with him and they never tried to get his info from FTD even though he has ordered from sweet expressions in the past and he delivery driver texted him. read more

I live on the west coast and recently ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother's birthday which happened to fall on a national holiday this year. The owner was familiar with the rural area my mother lives in and said it was in their delivery range and would be no problem getting them to her that day. She asked me a few questions in regards to colors, types of flowers, etc. and my budget. I gave her my feedback and paid for them over the phone. Ordering flowers half way across the country sight unseen, well you just hope for the best. Delivery day came, and her arrangement was ready to be delivered and there was an issue on my moms end not being home, they called me to let me know. As well, they contacted her the next morning to coordinate a time to deliver her flowers to her that day. A call from my mom later that day to let me know she got them how much she enjoyed the pretty colors and that they smelled great too, was want I was hoping to hear. I went to Sweet Expressions for my wedding bouquets. I gave the designer free rein to design them with the flowers I chose. OH MY GOODNESS!! They were so gorgeous, better than my imagination lead me to envision. I was so happy and they definitely made our day special.
