I generally dislike browsing head shops because the people working either pressure you to buy or leave, but I felt comfortable browsing here. There was no reason to feel pressured or rushed at all. The male employee who was assisting us never once let us inspect the bong before we purchased it. He packaged it so quickly too, so we didn't have time to notice the flaws. We inspected it in the car and noticed the flaws immediately and tried to take it back for an exchange or refund, only to be met with a "sorry, there's nothing I can do".
