If the manager knew the decision had already been made, why leave applicants hanging for weeks? It makes the entire hiring process feel disorganized and poorly managed. After reading other reviews mentioning management problems, my experience doesn't seem like an isolated incident. For a company that constantly talks about treating people with respect, this location does a poor job of showing it. Two weeks of chasing updates just to find out I wasn't hired is unacceptable and reflects badly on the management running this store.
