I'm so happy they opened their newest location in downtown Visalia. Great little cookie shop that offers a warm welcome, super clean environment and awesome cookies! The flavors change often but I got a strawberry sugar cookie with matcha frosting and a fresh strawberry on top. Waited 5+ mins to be helped, just to be told they were sold out when there was clearly cookies still available. Asked for ice cream instead, seemed upset sighed and said yeah give me a minute. We decided to walk out instead. If you don't want to serve people while getting all your side work done maybe close early?? Very disappointed. Love the Exeter location but they might have just lost me as a customer. read more

Staff could be more friendly. We ordered half a dozen; chocolate chip, s'more,zucchini bread, fruit pizza, double chocolate walnut, brown butter pumpkin. Cookies are huge but some flavors were better than others, nothing spectacular probably would've been better if fresh. read more

Amazing cookies. Wonderful local family. The cookies are different flavors some can be very unique. There are seasonal flavors but my favorite is the blueberry crumble (or cobbler) that comes out later in the year(?). It is a requirement for our office is if you go you have to bring back extras. If you have a sweet tooth then this place has your fill of sweets. I'm super picky about my sweets and even more so about my cookies. Trust me I won't hesitate to say something tastes awful. They have a variety of cookies weekly with a few that always stick around week to week. The place is modern, but still smells like a bakery or a place you wouldn't mind sleeping in when you walk in. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help you with your selections. They take a chocolate chip cookie and melt marshmallows on top and then place a small chocolate bar in the melted marshmallows. Incredible . First, their cookies are really good. However, customer service was horrible. I went in on a Saturday a little after noon. I paid for 4 cookies which were all weekly specials. Between my ordering and the worker boxing up my order, the young worker received a phone call on what appeared to be their personal cell phone. They went back to my order and told me they no longer had a cookie, which had been in the case and which I had paid for. I told them there were two cookies when I ordered but was informed that one of the cookies was being "saved". My interpretation is that whoever called on the personal cell phone wanted the cookie and the worker was now holding it for them. I was not given the option of a refund and was told to choose a different cookie. I found this to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I drove in from a neighboring town but will not be doing that again. While I prefer to support local establishments this experience has shown me to just go to Crumbl instead. read more

New cookie bakery opened in Exeter. I first stumbled upon one of these cookies from one of their "cookie dealer" spots in Fresno and they're fantastic. It was a peanut butter cookie and it was to die for; soft, flavorful, satisfying and huge. I will wager and say that they are better than the popular Crumbl cookies and it's local so that's a big plus if you're supporting small business. They also have a really active social media page and the owner is super friendly and engaged. Would 100% recommend and is worth a drive to Exeter if you are nearby. read more

Be sure to visit Just Dough With It in Exeter. Owner, Jasmine, is super nice and her cookies are so good. Each has a fun name attached to each variety. Her cookies are big and worth every penny. She has recently opened a new location in Exeter. Sometimes they will run out which means her cookies are bomb! She is a small business owner and not a chain location. Stop by the shop while strolling about downtown Exeter. The menu board had some nice cookie choices and the young lady described each cookie and answered a couple questions pleasantly. We selected Cinnamon Roll, S'mores, Buckeye (chocolate chunk/peanut butter center) and a Raspberry thumbprint. All were excellent with the cinnamon roll being my favorite. The cookies weren't overly sweet and there was no cloying sugar coating my mouth. In my opinion these beat Crumble cookies easily. My only regret was not taking a picture to post! read more

There was a list of the cookie selections for the day outside. We were greeted by the friendly staff. So awesome that you get to see them prepare the dough for next day cookie selection! I was torn between a cookie or a cookie sundae!! I went for a few cookie selections. The portions are very big and made to share. I went with a good old chocolate chip cookie-perfection (not pictured because my husband and I devoured it before I could take a pic) Joyride cookie-tasted just like an almond joy but 1000x's better and Girls Just Wanna Have Funfetti. They did not disappoint!!! I mean these cookies are amazing! The service was great. The gals prepping the dough were super friendly, we had a little convo on downtown Exeter and shops I should visit or places to eat. The gentlemen who packaged up our cookies was extremely friendly and patient with me since I couldn't make up my mind! I do recommend you view the board outside with the cookie selections as the shop itself is very small and can't accommodate to having too many people inside. So just have your mind made up so others can make their purchase. So far Exeter hasn't disappointed and I have no regrets in moving here.
