Prior to our vacation, she encouraged us to bring Mabel over for a tour of the facilities and my wife was shocked with how quickly Mabel warmed up to her. Throughout the entire trip, Alicia would text my wife with a pic or video of our girl and she literally looked like she was living her best dog life!! From swimming excursions to playing with other doggos, Mabel looked very happy and like she was enjoying herself immensely. We picked him up on Sunday and got charged for 3 nights because "they charge like a hotel." If it past 11 am then they charge again but are only open from 4-7 on Sunday. We also left our dog with 3 bags of food and gave them a feeding schedule. We were given a bag back, showing they do not listen to what you ask of them. When I called and asked for a manager I got blown off the first day and had to call again the next. I explained the situation and the manager told said, "well since your dog isn't sick, what are we supposed to do about it?" No mention of a refund or anything. Feel free to leave your dog here if you want them to be under fed and locked away all weekend.
