I wanted a Hawaiian themed dinner, to mimic my Mom's favorite restaurant. Some guests are vegan. I was maybe 5% worried that something was wrong because of how smoothly it was all going. But I had nothing to worry about. The day of the event, her team was the first to show up (early), and walked into the space for setup at the same time I did. They were cheerful and professional, got oriented quickly, and then went to work setting up. They were ready in plenty of time before the start of the party. The setup itself was neat and practical -- I had asked for a buffet-style setup. The one feature that I LOVED that I didn't ask for -- the Pleasurities team had hollowed out pineapples as bowls. It really made the theme! The dietary concerns of the guests were perfectly handled: ALL of the dishes were vegan.
