They are masters of structural changes, space planning, floor plans, improving function etc. They are not decorators they are highly skilled, educated designers and they do make everything look fresh and fabulous. Erin and Allison are unflappable, tactful, creative, fun and funny. They have your best interest at heart. They have the uncanny ability to make you think it was your good idea.
