Dr. Kroll provides exceptional care with her professional knowledge, experience, and personal touch. Her amazing staff always make me feel comfortable. They explain every step and answer all my numerous questions. They gave me information on good preventive care. In the past year, I had several crowns done. Everything went smoothly. The office is clean, tastefully decorated and wheelchair accessible. I enjoyed being able to watch TV and listen to music with headphones. Noiselevel in the office is low. The ambiance is relaxed and pleasant. Free accessible head in parking is shared with other venues. I recently had a crown replaced and I couldn't be happier with the results. The previous crown was never fitted properly and caused significant gum damage. The experience at Sweet Tooth dentistry was entirely different. Dr. Jessica was meticulous, carefully explaining each step and ensuring everything was perfect throughout the process. The office staff are incredibly nice and accommodating, always willing to work with me if I need to reschedule. Also the regular cleaning sessions have been very helpful and my gum is now doing much better. If you are like me scared of going to the dentist, this is the right place for you. I usually have a good experience but this time they had a temp filling in for my regular hygienist. She didn't know how to operate any of the instruments or the x ray machines. She kept referring to the x ray clip as a he She brushed my teeth and never gave me water to rinse. Left my chair up in the air after she was done expecting me to jump off ?? She finished the cleaning ( so she called it ) in 10 minutes. I didn't even feel like I had a cleaning. Worst experience ever read more

Why 5 stars? What else can I say other than a 5 star review? I would have given more if Yelp let me. The front desk is amazing and sweet. Everything is explained really well and you know what to expect. Cute office with great little coffee area even. You get to the dentist after not waiting hardly at all and then you give the office even more stars. She is funny, down to earth and treats you like family. I drive 30 minutes and pass multiple offices, but there is a reason this one is worth it. Go and give them a try, you might have just found the best one around. read more

I tend to be fairly long-winded, especially when there is a good story to tell. That said, if you are in a hurry and just want to know if Dr. Dy and Sweet Tooth Dentistry could be the right Dentist's office for you - do yourself a favor and make an appointment. You will not be disappointed. If you have a little more time to spare, please read on. Call it absent-mindedness, call it laziness, call it what you will, but I never used to give my oral health the attention I should have. I never associated the dentist with anything positive - scary sounds, odd smells, pain/discomfort, and all other varieties of unpleasantness - so, I took the easy way out and just stopped going altogether. Fast forward through years of neglect and I was haunted by the consequences of my inaction in the form of all the symptoms that accompany poor oral health. I have battled gum disease and bleeding, severely weakened enamel with plaque stains and major decay, bad breath/diminished sense of taste, intense pain and sensitivity... you name it, I had it. I was extremely self-conscious and ashamed my teeth. I didn't want to smile at all, let alone for pictures. Being the amazing woman she is, my wife said enough was enough and decided it was time to get my teeth looked at and get me back on the right track. She made an appointment and took me to the dentist - who shall remain nameless - she was seeing at the time. Let's just say that it didn't go well... Something about being told, "There are meth addicts with better teeth than yours," and "any other dentist would just extract all your teeth and put you in dentures" didn't sit well with me... Fortunately for me, that dentist spontaneously decided to sell his practice to another dentist. Being extremely leery of going to someone I didn't know at all, I did what any man would do in my situation... I made my wife try the new owner/dentist first. She knew after one appointment that this new dentist wouldn't work for me. She set about finding us both a new dentist, one who would understand both my oral health needs and my fear of the dentist. Luckily for me, my wife found Dr. Dy. During my consultation appointment, Dr. Dy didn't judge me or my past history of poor oral hygiene. She took the time to talk with me, to understand my needs, to get to know me as a person, to get to know my teeth, and then she put together a treatment plan that would result in the preservation and restoration of my teeth. Let's just say, there was a lot to get done. I was anxious to get everything done as quickly as possible. So Dr. Dy worked with me to open her schedule for several very long appointments so we could get things scheduled and get started right away. Though I am sworn to secrecy on the specifics, let's just say, I found out that Dr. Dy loves Disney as much as I do and that makes her a kindred spirit. It was in that first appointment that I knew I had found my "forever" dentist. Several appointments and hours "in the chair" later, I have the smile I have always wanted. It hasn't been easy, but it has been painless. Dr. Dy is like the Picasso of teeth and she has worked miracles for me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I give her name and number to friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers who ask for referrals. She stays up-to-date on all the latest and greatest technology and procedures, she is blessed with a phenomenal talent for what she does, her office is judgement free, she exudes energy and positivity, and - most importantly of all - she wants you to be happy and healthy and she will work with you to create a treatment plan that makes both of those things happen. Everyone at Sweet Tooth Dentistry is wonderful. From scheduling to billing to cleanings and procedures you will have a five-star experience every single time because that is how passionate and committed they are. I will never go to another dentist. Even if I have to get onto a plane and travel halfway around the world to see Dr. Dy, that is what I will do. She is my dentist, my friend, and an all-around amazing person. With the whole world going through so much change right now, it is understandable that our experience at the dentist will be different going forward. My husband, who has written his own review for Dr Dy and her staff, is in a high risk category for having complications should he become infected with Covid-19. For that reason he was very nervous about heading back to the dentist. We talked about it, and I told him, we can't reasonably wait until there is a vaccine or a cure before we go back. We are going to have to go, and if there were anyone we trust to go above and beyond to keep her patients and her staff as safe as possible, it is Dr Dy. She did not disappoint. We went to see her this week and they are taking every precaution possible. Limited to no interaction with other patients, no waiting in the lobby, they check you in from your car and then come to get you when they are ready, rotating rooms so patients are not in the same rooms back to back, cleaning in between each visit, PPE for all staff, air purifiers in every operatory. We love Dr Dy and all of the staff at Sweet Tooth Dentistry. They treat their patients like family and they truly care about your health and well-being! read more

I cannot brag Dr. Dy and her staff up enough. I originally sought her care for a crown lengthening procedure recommended by a different dentist. I have always had anxiety about visiting the dentist, but I was especially terrified to have gum surgery and need stitches. I was drawn to Dr. Dy not only because she offered a less invasive method utilizing lasers, but also because I read her overwhelmingly positive reviews online. The front office staff, Betty and Stephanie, were extremely warm and kind. I was able to schedule a consultation and get in quickly. That helps anxious people like myself! Dr. Dy was exceptionally thorough during my consultation. She told me the best news too- I didn't need crown lengthening! I was ecstatic after learning that I would not need to spend nearly as much time, money, nor experience the pain involved with the procedure the other dentist insisted was necessary. Dr. Dy recommended a treatment plan of reshaping the tooth and replacing the crown. She used thoughtful terms like gently polish, instead of drill, which helped put me at ease. Treva and Dr. Dy took fantastic care of me during my crown preparation. I was told to raise my hand if I needed a break, and they checked on me to make sure that I was doing all right during the treatment. Everything went smoothly and was surprisingly quick. I appreciate Dr. Dy's honesty more than she will ever know. She could have charged me for a much more expensive procedure, instead, she acted in my best interest. Due to the pandemic, my crown seating was delayed for about two months, which was absolutely the right thing to do. Dr. Dy went to great lengths to assure that her employees and patients were safe the entire time in her office. Extra precautions and protective equipment were employed, and I felt she went above and beyond regular safety procedures. Yesterday Dr. Dy and Elcy did an amazing job seating my permanent crown. It looks and feels fantastic! I had a question about another tooth that Dr. Dy did not hesitate to answer, and even go the extra mile to make sure I completely understood what she said. Dr. Dy is tremendously knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and very sweet. She uses the latest technology and I know I am receiving the best care possible when I am in her hands. read more
