This place is actually hell. Nobody seems to be in communication I quote today we were told by the…read moreoffice lady "if you talk to a sales person they will tell you we don't accept personal checks because they don't know my job and I don't know theirs" I'm not even going to speak on the unprofessionalism then she proceeds to continue to dismiss responsibility "it's not me it's the company" because they tried to put an eviction on us for the second time with no warning that our checks from the bank were late. If you work for a company you REPRESENT That company. There are some good people of course but would strongly not recommend renting or BUYING your home here. I've been here 2 years & we are HOMEOWNERS. Our original settling issues in our house were NEVERA FIXED & our landscape was NEVER done yet they wanted to start fining us $75 for cutting our grass when the yard is lopsided. If you can avoid having any involvement with Creekside I would highly recommend renting or buying ANYWHERE ELSE!

My brother hired this company to move his mobile home. He paid them $125 cash deposit and was told…read more" we are 3 weeks out" which to he and I meant 3 weeks until services would begin. He received no phone calls from the company so on week 3 he called for an update. They had no date in sight. We found another company and called SCJ to cancel services and request for the deposit to be returned. The very nice receptionist relayed she would have the " owner call him back" ; this was on speaker phone at my house and I overheard this conversation. When he did not receive a call back, he stopped by the office 2 days later asking for a refund. The receptionist relayed the " owner" had gone out the day before and took pictures and he would not receive a refund ; one day AFTER cancellation ( if it was even the truth). I began calling as I was a witness to the cancellation. Ellen " the owner" stated they would keep 1/2 of the deposit. When I asked why 1/2 as they had taken pictures of the site the day AFTER the cancelation she hung up on me. I called back, hung up on again. Quite unprofessional, screaming customers in the back ground. My brother called back on his phone and Ellen states " we will send you a check". I doubt we will get it , but if it does happen, I will I'll update this review. I suggest finding another company as Ellen is not interested in being honest. When I pointed out they only took pictures of the site after the cancelation , she was offended and hung up on me, TWICE.

We bought a home from Rabon over a year ago. Even though our business with them was done, they went…read moreabove and beyond to help me when our AC started acting up. I called Rabon to see if they had a copy of the paperwork that went with the unit. Seth went to work on finding my file and Joe called me back- he called an AC repair guy and he would be in touch, it was all under warranty, no worries. Even better, the repairmen were at my house in less than an hour. Just to prove their amazing customer service, I had to call Joe again, when I needed the repairmen to come back but didnt have their number. He took care of it. A few hours later, my AC was fixed, including several minor problems I didn't even know about, and a huge amount of stress and worry were off my shoulders. No one at Rabon had to be so helpful, but I am very grateful they were.

I LOVE LIVING HERE!!! We lived here and moved because we bought a mobile home and sold our RV. But,…read moreafter our doggies & us were attacked in that neighborhood by a pit bull we moved our mobile home to Sunrise. We wish we would have stayed here to begin with. It's quiet in here, and the neighbors are wonderful. (And they don't allow dangerous dogs in here)There is a big park for the children of the neighborhood to play in and a big pool that is always sparkling clean !! And the best part the Property Manager, Ms. Carol ALWAYS is on top of everything and handles any issues that may arise immediately!!!! And Ms. Carla, who also is on the office is amazing too! The maintenance guy, Gene-O keeps this park with the grass cut and is always happy and you can tell he loves his job! I'm so GLAD that we came back! The best part is this park is FAMILY OWNED, unlike the former mobile home park we had a lot at, which is corporate owned and they do not care about their residents, they only care about $$$$
