I had an appointment in Lancaster and I stopped by after seeing the reviews. I ordered a cake donut. $1.45 for a small greasy outside and rather dry inside donut was disappointing. Service was ok, nothing spectacular. I would not come back to this donut shop. Charging more than Pasadena or Culver City for a tasteless mediocre donut is insane to me. Knowing leasing of the business spaces are much higher in above mentioned locations but manage to keep the consumer costs down and provide better products they keep their loyal customers. I came here at 6:40 AM for some coffee and breakfast and it was empty except for one customer. This establishment is Khmer owned, which is pretty cool to see. The coffee wasn't too cold but had good flavor. The breakfast sandwich was hot and huge. It was so hot that I had to take it to work instead of waiting for it to cool down. read more

We stopped by on a very windy for Sunday Funday donut day. You have to wear a mask to go inside and the owners are very friendly with a cheerful attitude. I have super amazing restraint when it comes to sweets so I only got half a dozen donuts. 3 for me, 3 for the baby. Gotta share right?! $4 including tax.
