I asked if they could work on a Saturday. Our appointment was for 8:00 am and they were there 10 minutes early. That is unheard of these days. There was a team of 5 people. Each one came in with a smile on their face and greeted us with good morning. There was no confusion in what job each was to do. Everyone immediately got to work and didn't finish until the room was spotless and then moved onto the next task. I was in and out of the house throughout the day and if I asked them to do something extra that wasn't discussed during our initial walk through. The answer was yes, not a problem we can do that. NO ATTITUDE with having to add something extra to their list. No cell phones in site. No one talking or making phone calls, texting, playing games. This was a welcome site. Every room was in need of elbow grease on steroids. This was exactly what they did and they kept at it until it was spotless. They worked for 12 straight hours! As I said the house is very old and there wasn't a lot to work with. But when they were finished that old house sparkled and it has the best smell. If you are looking for a company that will go the extra mile, someone that tells you they will be there at a certain time and shows up 10 minutes early. They also offer many other services.
