I paid monthly maintenance charges for 42 months, even though, in my view, the platform was never delivered in the fully functional condition we had agreed upon. The maintenance agreement was intended to commence only after delivery of a completed and operational platform, yet I continued paying while significant issues remained unresolved. My greatest concern was the technical dependency created by the project. Rather than receiving a completed product that I could operate and manage with reasonable independence, I found myself reliant on SolidAppMaker's ongoing DevOps services and paying recurring monthly fees for years. After substantial development costs and 42 months of maintenance payments, I was still left with unresolved issues and a platform that, in my opinion, had not been delivered as promised. My advice to prospective clients is straightforward: define "completion" with precision, ensure you retain full ownership and control of your source code and infrastructure from the outset, and do not agree to ongoing maintenance fees until the software has been fully delivered and independently verified. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend SolidAppMaker. A one-star rating is too generous for this company! Oliver K.'s review explains SolidAppMaker's offshore operation.

He uses his attorney when he negotiates with you but he doesn't lets you know that he is creating his legal defence. They are running a scam. Doing the scam, you do not know how much they are charging per hour, you do not know how many people are working, you do not know how many task are real, they duplicate as many tasks and have me simply pay for the tasks over and over. Anytime they will install a component incorrectly then we have to pay them to correct their errors. SolidApp Maker has been an overwhelmingly disappointing experience, and I am completely dissatisfied with it. The user interface is painfully clunky and poorly designed, making even the simplest tasks unnecessarily complex and frustrating. Customization options are almost non-existent, leaving users stuck with basic templates that don't allow for any real personalization or creativity. For an app claiming to be versatile, it feels like it's stuck in a rigid, outdated format. The app's stability is another major issue - it crashes frequently and is full of bugs that cause constant disruptions, resulting in lost work and wasted time. To make matters worse, the customer support is nearly useless. When I contacted them, they took forever to respond and offered little help, leaving me feeling ignored and unsupported. The pricing structure is deceptive, too; while it advertises itself as affordable, hidden fees and persistent upsells make the final cost far higher than anticipated. Even the free version feels like a scam, as it's so stripped down that it's practically unusable, forcing you to upgrade just to get a basic idea of how the app functions. Finally, the performance is unbearably slow - every click and load time feels like an eternity, making the entire experience feel tedious and ineffective. Overall, SolidApp Maker fails on every front, and I would strongly advise against wasting time and money on this app.
