From my first conversation with John, I was totally comfortable allowing him access to the house without being there. I totally trusted his suggestions and he did not disappoint. The job was excellent. Having all communications by phone (we still haven't met), there was one miscommunication, on my part! John turned his truck right around and went back to paint another room for me, at his cost! That was definitely not necessary, but he insisted. I hired Mack Maids for a deep clean. I hate cleaning and it was well overdue. Kristine came to the house to do an estimate. She was very through and explained every step clearly. I was so excited and Kristine, Crystal, and Lacy did a great job. I waited a week to review just so I had a chance to really see how clean my house was. My house smelled fresh, baseboards were cleaned perfectly and my shower is spotless. It's so nice to come home to a clean house and only have to straighten up. I like the fact I get texts informing me they are in their way, they leave a checklist of completed cleaning every time. This is my second maid service since moving to Pinehurst, and the first I will use again. The first time we hired a maid my wife had just given birth to our son. Our son was in hospital for an extended period of time due to reconstructive heart surgery, my wife and I hired help to get the place back in order. However, we were greatly disappointed and felt for the money we spent it would have been better to clean ourselves, a year later my wife moves due to the military, and I hire a different service with hesitation after the poor cleaning the first time. We just started using Mack Maids and we are extremely satisfied! From our first clean - Brittany, Heather, and Leah did an amazing job deep cleaning the whole house before guests arrived for Thanksgiving. Brittany and Heather came back for our second clean and again it was wonderful! I left a few notes about piles we had laying around for some guidance and they even wrote me a note back! We have two dogs a (German shedder and fluffy corgi lol) and they always seem to get all the hair up! Very impressive. I also love how they text you when they're in route and then when they have completed so you know when ppl are in and out of your home if you aren't present. We have used Mack Maids every two weeks for several years now. We always have a positive experience, even when things aren't "perfect," because ALL the cleans are very good. They usually pair new cleaners with an experienced cleaner, which is a good system. We have had consistently good experiences throughout our time using Mack Maids, which is why we have stuck with them. What a difference! I have used many cleaning services and independent contractors. This was the most professional company I have ever used. The owner is hands on and a perfectionist. We had a thorough cleaning by Brittany and Kim. These ladies were absolutely incredible and my house never looked so good. I was impressed how they communicate by text that they are on their way. I have used Mack Maids for several months, and I have been so impressed with them. Yesterday Brittany and Diana cleaned our home, and it was the cleanest it has ever been! Our house was so dirty and it is spotless now. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. My house still smells incredible and looks brand new. They even folded my towels, put our shoes away, and made sure to clean even the tough to reach spots. I also love the overview sheet they leave explaining everything they have done so there are no questions. I've been using Mack Maids since my move in cleaning a little under a year ago. I've had multiple cleaning teams and all have done a great job. My most recent cleaning was done by Angela and Chelsea and they did a fantastic job! My houseguests ended up arriving early and although the ladies were still hard at work, they were very courteous and managed to work around us without anyone feeling uncomfortable or in the way. I love that the ladies always ask me to do a walk through and although everything looked great, I feel confident that if anything were not up to my satisfaction they would fix it. Well done ladies! Incredible company. Excellent staff. Prompt, efficient and professional. From the Top to Floor toilet cleaning, to things as small as the folding a nice point on the toilet paper, they are just outstanding. Always on time, with courteous and friendly cleaners, they get the job done in a miraculous time. Very efficient. We had a stubborn stain in the tub, and they took it away as if it were nothing at all. I could not recommend them more highly. If you need something cleaned, no one can do it better, especially for the price. Kiki cleaned our condo, and we will have her back for the duration of our ownership. House looks perfect now We have been using Mack Maids cleaning services twice a week for approximately 1 1/2 years. Excellent excellent cleaning. Very professional and on time. My dog even loves the ladies. All the ladies are very good but Brandy is exceptional. Krystal and Brandy did great today. Called on a Friday morning as I was only in town for one day and Clifton the owner was there in the afternoon scheduling my cleaning and painting services for a rental we manage! Hands down my fave service in the area. Dianna H. Is my usually assigned maid and she is wonderful. Her personality and her cleaning ability is off the charts. I'm a mom of four boys and she never knows what she is going to walk into when she comes to my home. My boys always light up when they see her too! She goes above and beyond all the time for us. Examples with for boys;clogged toilet she didn't need to plunge but she did and cleaned it . We've been using Mack Maids for a year now and we're just as happy today as ever. We've been going through some major renovations for 6 months now and the girls are always extra attentive to the added dust and work around all the construction with ease.
