Despite taking proper precautions during the initial curing period, I found even more bubbles and lifted edges on the PPF after that, but I live too far and it's too inconvenient for me to send my car back a second time. My husband dropped his car off in the afternoon and I received a text a few hours later when they were almost done. It took about 3+ hours total which was they quoted in-person too. I was blown away with how good of a job they did! They got rid of sand that was in my husband's car since 2018. I also didn't know his car display screen could be so clear. I was told it would be taken care of, so I was very disappointed when I returned around 4:30 PM. When I looked inside the vehicle, there was **still dog hair throughout the car**, and honestly, it did not appear that much had been done to the interior. It looked like the car had been lightly vacuumed and some refresher had been sprayed. I was charged **$275**, and for the results I received, I feel like I paid for a service that was not completed to the standard I expected. When I brought my concerns to the staff, I was told by one employee that they had spent approximately **two hours vacuuming the vehicle**. He then went inside, brought out the manager, and the manager stated that they had spent **four to five hours vacuuming the car**. Those are two very different explanations, which understandably raised even more concerns for me. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. If I had known the end result would look like this, I could have gone to a car wash, vacuumed the vehicle myself, and saved the $275. I genuinely wanted to support a local Black-owned business, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, based on the quality of the work and my experience today, **I would not recommend this business and will not be returning.** If you charge $275 for an interior detailing, I expect the vehicle to actually look detailed when I pick it up.

They are way better than the typical full service car washes. For comparison, their basic in and out wash results in a cleaner car than getting an ultimate wash with all of the optional upgrades at Auto Bell. Plus, The Wash is cheaper. It's a good idea to call ahead, especially during the spring/summer. If you don't make an appointment and they're really busy, it can take hours. The location isn't glamorous (it used to be an old gas station) and there isn't a great waiting area, so I usually bring my own lawn chair. They do have a couple benches. If you're okay with that, there isn't a better place in Greensboro to get your vehicle washed at such a great value!
