Since we are going to have a house full, we decided that it would be great if we could. Pam coached us through picking out a carpet, arranged for the installation amidst a large project that her crew was already involved in and an unplanned non work related accident of one of her installers. Due to our work schedules, we were unable to be home when the carpet was installed. When I arrived at home from work, the carpet was in, looked fantastic, and the installer added some touches along the threshold that we had not considered at all. We love being able to support a local business in town that takes pride in the products that they sell and their own workmanship. We would definitely recommend them to others. Happy Thanksgiving!!

She gave me an estimate and said they'd call to make an appointment. After leaving several more messages I spoke w/ a man who said they were waiting for a part for the cleaner - that was a month ago - and that he'd call when they'd fixed the machine. So far, nada. Today I'm having the carpet cleaned by another company from way up in the north of the state. I like to shop locally and give my business to members of my community but this is really ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional. I won't be buying anything from this store again or recommending them to anyone.

I received an estimate within hours, and was satisfied with it so we scheduled a date within one week for the cleaning. Nate and his helper were prompt, thorough and professional. I was VERY pleased with the systems and products employed, and their price, which came in at almost exactly the estimate given, if not less. I would highly recommend this company due to Nate's communication skills, professionalism, work ethic, and the end-product. He did note that his typical customers are "commercial", but he is willing to do large-scale/in-depth residential cleanings. It's rare to find such industrious, professional and friendly service in Burlington, which is sad, but worth yelping about when you find it.
