Estimator: Eric was hands down the most efficient and straightforward estimator I met during the bidding process (I spoke with about 7 vendors). He inspected the job thoroughly, knew exactly what I needed, and had a clear price ready within 5-10 minutes. After a couple of minor tweaks, the final estimate was prepared quickly, and I was able to sign with confidence. Office Team: Michele and Veronica provided outstanding customer service and follow-up. A great example--when I requested the permit around 5 PM the evening before installation, they sent it to me within minutes so I could have it posted in my window for HOA compliance. That kind of responsiveness speaks volumes. Installation Crew: Installation day was truly impressive. The crew, led by Jerry (the foreman), arrived just before 9:30 AM. Jerry first asked where he could park to avoid inconveniencing us or our neighbors--a small but thoughtful gesture. He then explained the plan while his team of four immediately got to work like an F1 pit crew. * Within an hour, the old furnace and condenser were removed. * Each team member worked in sync without wasted time, constant chatter, or distractions. * Pipes were bent perfectly, wires were zip-tied neatly, insulation was taped and sealed, and they cleaned as they went along. * They didn't even seem to stop for lunch--just steady, focused, detailed work all day. The quality of the installation exceeded expectations: * Gas line brought to the front for easy access * Gas trap installed * New drip pan with cutoff float * 4-inch filter upgrade * New supports, hangers, and plywood for the zone switch (instead of mounting it directly on the unit) * Ducts re-routed for efficiency and to give me more attic storage space * Everything vacuumed and cleaned upstairs, downstairs, and in the attic before they left At the end, Jerry took the time to walk me through every detail of the work--no rushing out the door. It was clear they take pride in their craftsmanship. Overall: This is the kind of experience that restores faith in contractors. Professional, efficient, and detail-oriented from the first call to the last sweep of the vacuum. Out of the 7 vendors I considered, Airview AC stood out in every way. Another company tried to pressure me with a "take it or leave it" ultimatum, and I'm so glad I went with Airview instead. To my neighbor who recommended them--thank you.     We all know the sinking feeling that comes with having to get your home A/C repaired. Will it be…read morerepaired correctly and completely the first time?, how expensive will this repair be?, how long will I have to wait in discomfort before it's repaired?, are they going to be true professionals or hacks like most of us experienced at some point. I contacted KMI as a referral from a friend. First point of contact, great! Courteous and friendly and took the time to understand exactly what my expectations were. Scheduled for following afternoon. The next morning I received a call to ask if that could come earlier. Who wouldn't appreciate that? Technician arrived minutes later. He spent a few minutes discussing the history of problems I've had and he set off to start investigating. Side note: for twelve years I've had the same not cooling problem and each time different A/C companies me I have a very small leak and they can't find it. So they recharge the system with refrigerant that costs several hundred dollars to a thousand dollars just to fill it from half empty. My home warranty, not covered... no defect found in a covered component, no coverage. The KMI technician understood that nobody has found the leak since I built this home but he wanted a crack at it anyway. No exaggeration, he found it in less than 3 minutes. Even showed me precisely where it was leaking from. Estimate to repair? $3,000-$4,500! It is what it is I suppose... But wait! The technician took note of the date of manufacture, got on the phone with them and now I have the defective part covered by the manufacturer. He didn't have to do this and certainly would have made more if I came out of pocket for it, but this is what KMI is all about. Looking out for their customers. I'm dropping my useless home warranty and if I ever need A/C repair again I'll just call KMI and know with confidence that they have my best interest in mind and they will fix it right the first time!

    Update to my initial review for the service received at Air Experts from Friday. Today I spoke…read morewith Casey, and as I expected, he is still arguing that the contract says "such and such" regarding discounts applied and that they are not willing (actually he stated that he CANNOT change the refund) to refund the remaining $76 of the money that was quoted to me by Alyssa ($298.50). I am also aware that the discount Casey is refusing to return to me is something that HAS NEVER been done in the past, when a customer cancels the service contract. So this is inaccurate that Casey cannot refund the remaining $76, I called last week and checked with them before I decided to cancel the agreement. I know that Casey is new to this position and he is unfamiliar with how previous transactions have been handled. I asked Casey why is he arguing with me about the $76 difference, he stated "I am not arguing with you". Okay if he wasn't arguing with me, then why is he not writing me a check for $76, because of the quote given to me by Alyssa? I sure hope that the $76 that Casey is refusing to give me is worth the loss of business. I let Casey know that my poor review would remain because HE REFUSES to return the amount that I was promised. A quote is a quote, so beware if you are quoted numbers in the future, you might want to get it in writing or either record the conversation. They do not honor verbal quotes! Thank you. Zach has always been very patient even when my over analyzing mind asked way too many questions. He truly listens and cares what you are saying even if it has nothing to do with your AC unit. His company has always been honest, affordable, prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!
