They did a great job in a short time - I have had to drop off my car all day in the past - and were very polite and professional. During the course of arranging for the detail, Timothy and I messaged back and forth a number of times. He was SO quick and responsive. Later in the day I happened to drive to a friend's house (he is into cars and I am not). He noticed the shine and walked around my CRV several times, whistling at the job they did. Pointed out the work on the tires. I would not hesitate to use these folks again, and I wish them great success.

There was dirt on it and no evidence that even any water hit it. I had to wash it by hand when I got to my friend's house so he could start waxing the car. It wasn't even a busy time of day. Only one person in front of me. Plenty of time for the staff to make sure the entire vehicle was prepped professionally. I used to go to this car wash many times a year. After this experience which was on June 13, I will never go back. Waste of time and money. I think they may have changed management or something. The water that was left on the car after it was finished was dirty as well. Their quality and service used to be good. My car used to come out well washed. And they had staff to wipe down the windows at the completion of the process. That ended last year. Seems like they are no longer able to provide a good quality basic car wash. This is a big disappointment since there are so few options in Port Townsend. Maybe they need to revamp and clean the materials and the machines they use or train staff to make sure the entire vehicle gets cleaned. Seems like the least they could do.

You get free self vacuum after you wash so you can't be mad about that! The wash itself is ok. It's nice to do as in between going to a car wash with brushes it doing it myself. There are some areas it just didn't get too due to the little overhang on my back window. I had to wipe it clean as it was still dirty. The vacuum we had needed some attention. The suction was not strong. When looking in the hose there was debris stuck in there. Overall it is what it is. Good to maintain but for a deep clean. Is it worth the drive?....yes
