I was at Woody's car wash yesterday washing and then I drove around to vacuum. I had purchased six tokens so six dollars worth of tokens. I put four in because I have a front and a rear crew cab to and the vacuum stopped working after 10 minutes maybe and there was no one to help me. You cannot call this business and there's no one answering the door. read more

The air for the automatic dry never came on. Waited like a moron for five minutes. No wonder the line is always so long. Also, no one working there to resolve issues. Hurray! Soaking wet car. Before coming to Woodys, just throw 20 bucks in the toilet and call it a day. read more

Convenient location, and at the time, the only operable wash on the island. That said, a well kept facility. On site staff available to assist with issues, should they arise. Trash was empty, which is a nice thing to have when so many places have over flowing trash cans. read more

I'm mostly making this review to point out that this car wash has both a drive through "touch less" wash and do-it-yourself bays to pull into. All bays were big enough for an RV. The first bay even has stairs on the side, so you can actually get to the top of your rig. Lots of vacuums on site, with ample room to put your car on the side and dry it off, or clean the windows. Everything about this facility was nice. It was clean, the bays were large and the vacuums were very powerful. I'm taking one star off, however, for price. It's a little more expensive than a typical car wash. I think it's around $1 for one minute. And, while the bays do take credit cards, which is nice, the "change" machine only dispenses tokens to be used at that particular car wash. So make sure you put in only as much as your prepared to spend there at the car wash. Other than that, it's a good wash to go to. read more

On 2-22-23 I tried to use one of the diy bays - second from left - on a frigid day. I couldn't figure out how to get it to start. I swiped a credit card several times, and was subsequently charged for it, but never got any wash at all. I asked a guy in Bay 1 to help me, and he couldn't figure it out either, he has used cash. There was no one working there that I could ask. When I saw the charges come in two days later, I called the Woody's phone number listed and left a detailed message. That was on 2-24-22. That was a week ago. I have heard nothing back from Woody's. They owe me $$9.75 plus $5.00 = $14.75. read more

Nothing like waiting in line for 30 mins for the card reader to not work and ya know, waste 30 mins of my day to not get a car wash at the car wash. Well worth it. Bravo. Not allowed to do anything but rinse off car in do it yourself bays. Can't even just use a foam sponge to get the grime off your vehicle after suddsing it up with their foam soap brush. They claimed there were people waiting for bays when there was nobody in line behind me and when i drove around there was no line behind anybody and an open bay. No point in going and paying for a car wash if all you can do is rinse off your car. The rain can do that much. Waste of money. My car is still dirty and wasted that time and money. read more

Get a second auto wash stall, the long wait lines of 30 minutes no matter what is absurd. Also, get a card reader that works. Struggling to pay while in line is also absurd. Fix these critical issues, and it would be a 5 star wash. read more

I used a debit card to pay for the do it yourself wash. I hit stop with 40 seconds left on a $5 charge and I was charged $10. The charge was pending for the better part of a week so I expected it to update and clear for the proper amount. Unfortunately it processed for the full ten dollars. I called the number listed for Woody's and left a message, since I couldn't get through to anyone I disputed the charge with my bank. I'm totally okay paying five bucks for a do it yourself wash and I was very aware of the time I took, I didn't take time to use the brush, I just used the high power wash and rinse... Except for being over charged it was a fine experience and I'll probably go back in the future but I'm definitely paying with quarters from now on. read more

Woodys wash is good if you can get past the payment mess. I have tried at least 3 cards including one I use all the time. It's always the same , the cards are rejected and there is no one available to help. I see complaints from other reviews, get your payment kiosk repaired Woodys. read more

A lot of negative reviews hear from people that don't know much about cars. This is a touchless carwash that ends with a blower drying off the car. Your car will still partially be wet at the end of the wash so to prevent any spotting you will need to dry it off by hand. This is a great wash for luxury cars and any cars that you wish to not have any damage from other type of car washes. read more

The facilities were great, employees were friendly and helpful. Self washers are timed per quarter and not standard time for a set amount.

It was definitely worth the wait. They did an amazing job redoing that car wash and the drive thru car wash is AMAZING. It's so high-tech, I feel like I'm in a spaceship every time I get my car washed. Literally, a freaking spaceship. I love how nothing touches your car, so you leave without a scratch. I have heard bad things about Woody's car wash from others saying the owners are terrible people. But I had a very pleasant meet with one of them (are there multiple owners?). He took my cash and inserted it in the machine for me. Great customer service, a very nice guy. I'll continue to come back to this location! read more

Owner is a jerk, I showed up there just to get some water as it was late nothing was open and my truck was overheating. I put my last $5 in the change/token machine, it ripped me off so I open handed slapped the machine. Then next thing I know the owner comes ripping in sideways and then calls the cops saying I was vandalizing the machine. REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY. The guy is a serious jerk. I'd rather drive to Burlington to wash my truck. read more

Great car wash!! Clean and always worth the wait. Just shows you how good it is if you are waiting in line for the automatic. Don't have time the large bays are great to do self wash. I drive 20 minutes for a wash. The no touch automatic keeps from getting scratches on the car. Highly recommend!! read more

ZERO STARS! Had the WORST experience imaginable here. After waiting in line (8 cars) for close to 45 minutes- I've never used a car wash that took close to 10 minutes just spraying liquids on each vehicle, and then only allowing 45 seconds to blow it dry either - and then when it was my turn, had the mechanism collide with the mirror on the vehicle and then ABORT the wash cycle and tell me to exit before finishing the wash (actually, it never really got started). At that point (since the car wash is basically unattended), I had to exit the wash bay. I immediately contacted the only available person and asked for a refund since there are no warning signs, guides, or information posted regarding limitations or restrictions, and that person called the (presumed) owner who refused to provide a refund! The only alternative offered was for me to get back in line (for another 30+ minutes) and go thru the wash, which I ended up doing. I will never go to this Car Wash again, and obviously would never recommend it, nor will I ever again use one of this type of car wash (RAZOR by Wash World, Inc). Forewarned is forearmed! read more
