Not only did he cry the full 17 minutes prior to him nearly drowning but then he almost drowned. My son use to cry at first like all kids but the end results make you feel proud of your kid because they gain confidence in the water and you feel safe around water around them. It's also very important to keep taking the classes because the kids do tend to forget everything they been taught after a while . I signed up for a weeklong membership here while recently visiting my parents in Naples and got to…read morevisit five times. It was great! The facilities are clean and almost every piece of equipment is brand new. There are all the machines you could ever want, and many in duplicate. I never had to wait for a machine or work in with anyone during the busy morning times. There is a mix of men and women and I felt comfortable working out there as a woman. There is a large "Booty Building" section of specialty machines for all those glute exercises. I thought the long runway of artificial turf was a great idea, for pushing the sled or doing walking lunges. There are plenty of cardio machines. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more AC or fans-- even in the early morning I was getting pretty warm while working out.
