They have rearranged all of the areas inside the gym, it's a lot more spread out with the machines, and it just makes a lot more sense. They have upgraded a lot of the treadmills and stationary bikes, and the new employees are much more engaged with the clients as is the manager. Paper towels and sprays are always full, and there's very little, if any, wait time to use the machines. Things are a lot cleaner inside the gym as well, and I've enjoyed coming back!

For a change it was the website underselling just how good this place really is. Image you were a billionaire and had your own gym for you and your friends to use. What would I expect? That it wouldn't be a massive set of treadmills it wouldn't be a pocket gym with no manager just a card. The place would have been decorated not feel like a basement. The staff would welcome you by name. There'd be free wi-fi access to water and coffee and men and woman's bathrooms with showers. The machines would be new and in pristine shape. Owners Jon and Michelle were welcoming and actually took the time to show me which machines I'd need to do each part of my routine. Normally YOYO unless you have a trainer. But yes they have those too. Paraphrasing Ms Riding hood not too big not too small just right. And did I mention the free wifi and being called by name?

Especially since it's the owners ( Ryan) daughter, Lailani, the blond girl, had the worst attitude ever. She prances around the gym very privileged, she walked away from making a shake for a friend and I yesterday and had a coworker do it. Today when asking for a shake she had such an attitude about it I had to ask are you sure like 3x cause the attitude was wild to a point where I said I don't want it anymore and she said okay then bye... told me to leave multiple times and Brett is just useless he's legit watching her drown in the front and doesn't do a thing. I spoke to the manager who is actually an angel and is super kind but while speaking to him this girl comes and says "my dad says she has to leave" lmfao I'm a paying member why would you put an inexperienced child in the front desk is beyond me. Who answered the phone it was a guy and he also had a nose piercing he did not say his name at all When I called to ask about gym rules and requested to speak with a manager, I was told I would not be transferred unless I provided my full name. I was also told that I needed to explain the reason for my questions, and at one point I was told my questions were "stupid." The call then ended abruptly while I was still trying to clarify the situation. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and unhelpful, especially when I was simply trying to understand your gym policies. I was not given clear or respectful information, and I was not given the opportunity to speak with a manager. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that people be provided with clarification regarding your gym rules and appropriate procedures for member communication. I won't be coming to that gym at all you can even allow to people to sing when they're working out... fk the gym fk the team is disgusted and not professional at all ... and I give a one start bc is no other choice .
