My husband and mother were with me - Jenny and Carin made room for them to sit and wait while I shopped...which removed any pressure for me to hurry through browsing (smart thinking ladies!!). It was uncomfortable, and she didn't seem to know how to treat customers well, especially those clearly there to spend or sell high-value items. Prepared to be profiled by your looks. Instead of professional service, I was met with strange behavior and an overall weird vibe. She eventually recommended I go to "Rebag", which was the one helpful part of the visit. I love that they have their own direct entrance into the store making it super convenient too. The store itself is always bright, clean, and well organized. The layout makes it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed, and I especially love how the Sunglass Hut section is beautifully lit. It really makes the displays pop! What keeps me coming back though is the customer service. The employees are consistently attentive and genuinely nice. They've checked the stockroom, searched other locations for my size, and always go the extra mile. A special thank you to Jeremy and Yackie for always taking such great care of me. The selection of brands is fantastic, and for the prices, it's hard to beat. They also signed me up for the Bloomingdale's loyalty rewards program, which ended up saving me a nice amount on my recent Versace watch purchase. Definitely worth it! 10/10 recommend stopping by if you're shopping at Dolphin Mall. P.S. Founded in the fall of 2009 the Rabbit Hole is located across the street from City Hall. There is plenty of free street parking available. According to the Rabbit Hole they specialize in clothing and accessories from the "50's-80's with some older and newer things sprinkled in". Every vintage piece of clothing is hand picked. They also offer new clothing and jewelry. A small display in the front of the store held china and glass ware. In addition to the small store they also sell online with a selection of new clothes. When I walked into the store my first thought was that I wished this was how my closet looked. Everything was so artfully arranged. The New Times has listed the Rabbit Hole as one of the best vintage stores in Miami. I almost left with a brown leather bag for $100 but I just couldn't justify the expense right now. Whether shopping or just browsing this is a fun stop to make.

I purchased 5 t-shirts from Beach Life on June 20th.  The shirts were on a sales rack with a $7.99…read moresign for each.  Since I was heading to a concert at the Bandshell, the lady at the register, Laura, offered to hold the shirts for me to pick up the next day, which I did.  The shirts were purchased for a Bachelorette Party taking place on Sunday, June 22nd, with three of the guests flying in from out of town.  When I took the shirts out of the bag to hand to each friend, we saw that the black ink on most of the letters on the shirt was fading or peeling off.  Unfortunately, I was unable to hand out the Miami souvenir shirts to these ladies and so I put them back in the bag to return ASAP.   I was not able to return to Beach Life to return the shirts until June 28th.  Laura was at the register again and remembered me clearly.  I explained the situation to her and showed her the faulty t-shirts, their price tags still intact, expecting her to accept the shirts in return and allow me to exchange them for other merchandise.  Laura said that I should have inspected the shirts before buying them, and that store policy does not allow for any returns or exchanges. Meanwhile, the receipt clearly says "No Refunds, EXCHANGE ONLY."  She offered to cover the "I Miami" image with other images of the same size to simply cover it altogether, but the images she was offering were unappealing, especially when they were meant to be for four feminine ladies who were visiting Miami for a special occasion.    It's a shame that there exist dishonest and crooked people selling faulty merchandise to tourists, knowing that those tourists are leaving town in a few days and will never come back to demand a return or exchange.  It's a shame that a store owner has no ethics or morals and that they will display faulty merchandise on a sales rack, enticing customers to buy it without any warning whatsoever.  The owner of Beach Life should put a sign on sales rack warning customers that the merch they are buying is on sale BECAUSE the merch is damaged.  SHAME ON BEACH LIFE OWNER & STAFF FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.  Shame on you for taking advantage of innocent tourists who come to our city of Miami Beach and spend their hard-earned money on our city, only to be ripped off by store owners such as Beach Life's.   Unless you want to waste money on damaged merchandise and be ripped off, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT BEACH LIFE, located at 240 71stStreet, Miami Beach.

I love dressing green, so naturally I had to stop in here and check it out! The owner carries Carilyn Vaile's green line, which is an amazing, versatile, easy-to-wear line of basics. It very much exhibits that laid-back California style, but is fun: pants that turn into a jumper, bubble shorts, dresses. They also carry an accessories line called Mad Imports, which is designed by women's co-ops in Madagascar, and a denim line called Plan B, which uses chemical-free materials. They still will carry non green lines such as Voom, Fighting Eel, and Geren Ford. When in Miami, definitely stop by!

Yeah yeah, i was warned, but it was soo cheap! $7 for Tshirt, $15 for polo, $20 for long sleeves shirt.. I was afraid for some funny looks from the workers there when returning the stuff, since I'm far from their targeted customers. However girl who helped me was smiling the whole times and extremely friendly. In and out in 5 minutes. Oh well, time to hit the gym, hopefully one day I'll look awesome in their clothing.

I've been couple of times there and they sell quality items at a great price. Most of the boutiques want to rip off your money but the owner of Coasta Berre knows the fair value of each item. They also take a style questionnaire to keep it on file and for further reference. I like that they have so much variety in this store and they sell local brands as well. The store also does some events and you might want to follow them on their Instagram account to keep up to date with their stuff: @costaberre. They also have more high end stuff from local designer brands. So there is everything for every budget here. Can't wait to go back!
