Do I love this store??? I wish I had more time today to browse but here's my story. I drive W.Dixie every day to pick up my kids from their Taekwondo after school. For about a little over a month now I've spied this place out of the side of my eye while driving by. As a seasoned vintage clothes buyer when I was in my New Romantic/Gothic phase about a thousand years ago, I just KNEW in my gut that this was a treasure trove. I KNEW it because every day I passed my eye was drawn to the window and the changing displays and the clothes were fabulous...but every day this past month its been super busy at work and so it was a rush to get the boys and I never gave in to the pull. Today I said for the fortieth time..."I gotta go visit that place" while I was driving by....and then I said FECKIT...I'm going in NOW to satisfy my curiosity and I made a u-turn. Boy am I glad I did. Its a tiny store but packed with some absolutely fantastic one off items. Now get me here. I'm not small in stature so a lot of this stuff wouldn't fit me, but I have a real penchant for vintage clothing, it stems from my two ancient great aunties when I was growing up who owned steamer trunkloads of cruise liner clothes, shoes, stoles and costume jewelry and purses - they were ladies aides to older ladies who of course passed down their vintage items to my great aunts. Lets say, I love and appreciate old stuff and this stuff is the business. The owner's husband was holding fort and told me that his wife is a vintage clothing collector and she decided to make a business out of it. This place is unique for me though in that they also feature some new local designer items and he showed me clothing made from recycled materials which are really, really cool. You want a one off item you come here to see if you can find one that suits you. At the moment they carry (I'm sure it will change as supply and demand varies)...vintage purses, dresses and other garments, shoes, scarves, boots, jewelry (absolutely fabulous!!!). Lots of Cowboy boots for some reason! The opening hours are GREAT for a NMB total non shopping area. They are open from noon until 11p.m. So if you are hitting up Hiro's next door...make this a stop off for a bit of dessert.

It was so stuffy, it was actually difficult to breathe. I'm very aware we were in Miami and I am very aware of how hot Miami is; I live in this state for goodness sakes, but I don't think it should be more miserable in the store than outside in the shade. The store is dirty and not at all organized. It's difficult to find anything and very difficult to move around in. I felt like I had been packed into a sardine can. We made our way to the back of the store and I had enough of the "coziness" so it was time to leave. I was just way too crowded in. If you have trouble with closed spaces and being to close to people, this is absolutely NOT the store for you. I didn't interact with anyone who worked in the store other than the security guard at the front when we were leaving. He was very kind and gave a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant. It was really pleasant speaking with him (darn it, I always forget names). Accessibility: Navigating this store easily in a wheelchair... absolutely not. I mean, it can be done, but it is difficult as the aisles are very small. Even the main aisles from the front to the back of the store are very small. Accommodating to my Service Dog.

Super cute little boutique tucked away in a questionable part of Biscayne blvd but with very affordable, trendy items. Sidenote: The employee at this store was fabulous! Very helpful and practically put together my NYE outfit for me by offering suggestions that went beyond the clothing she sold and as far as shoes, necklace, hair etc. WIN!

They have everything to complete the outfit too, with lots of cute accessories. The sales girls are always very friendly and helpful, but for my taste, a little pushy. I like someone to be around should I need their help, but not making constant suggestions to sell more. I know how to ask if I have a question. Since at least 5 different sales girls have the same manner, I'm guessing the store owners encourage this. They also don't have mirrors inside the dressing rooms, which forces the customer to come out to the mirror in the store. Then, wanted or not, the sales person comes over to make suggestions if you are on the fence about liking the outfit or not. Maybe it's just me. I prefer to be left alone for the most part and ask for help if needed. The store does have fabulous clothes though, so the sales techniques that make me uncomfortable are a small price to pay.
