It was a busy day and my daughter and my husband went in and waited close to 40 minutes to get their turn. They sat patiently on the bleachers with their gear. Same players were going back and forth to each cage. A couple of families came in after my daughter and they were helped right away and got them started batting. Not once did they offer to help my daughter. My husband got fed up and asked one of the parents if they were done. He didn't hear him so my husband had to raise his voice to get his attention. Apparently this person did not like that and got on my husband's face and told him there is no need to be rude. Two other male parents joined in against my husband and got one of the workers involved. At this point my husband was furious explaining the situation not only to the worker but everyone else who was there. He will certainly put in a word with Andy the manager who apparently was not there. Sadly they have lost buisness with us because of this.

I called called and called but no answer, and drove 20+ miles from Fort Bliss TX only to be told there is no open gym until May. On FSN sports website it says Open Gym Tuesday & Thursday starting "January 8, 2028" but obviously they need to update their website. As well as sending them a message on Facebook only to get ghosted after one message. The facility itself looked amazing and would have been a great place to play. Management needs to update their content and get a responsible person to answer the phone and facebook.

From open gym basketball, volleyball and pickle ball, to sports like swim, basketball, ballet, t-ball, and soccer. Not to mention a gym and various fitness classes offered, there is truly something for the entire family of all ages here! The staff is pretty friendly and does a good job managing the traction and influx of neighbors that come in and out. My kiddos have personally enjoyed playing basketball and taking swim classes here. The sign up for swim is so competitive and grueling, but it is what it is! I'm considering signing up myself! I personally appreciate the cleanliness of the facility too. Grateful for this gem! The manager came out to ask what we had all ordered but he never explained the delay. We waited some more and ended up telling the waitress to package our meals to go as the time was approaching 2:00.
