Lucky for me, making the appointment was easy. I just needed the proper encouragement. This office is bright (seriously, it's WELL lit!) and has friendly staff. When I did my new patient paperwork online prior to the appointment, I entered "Princess Nycole" into the preferred name field to see if they'd notice. They did, and we all had a good laugh. Overall, I'd say that if you're dragging your feet about getting into the doctor's office, just do it. The folks at Swinyer Woseth will take good care of you. The doctors are very nice, spend the necessary time with you, answer your questions, and provide good treatment. I recommend them for the medical services. However...for some reason EVERY time I visit, they ask for my insurance card. First of all, I've been carrying the same, tattered, worn, a little dirty insurance card for 12+ years, so they are just taking a new copy of the same old card. Why is that necessary? Second, I have visited multiple times in 2 or 3 months and they still ask for the card. When I question this, they reply they need a copy every year and they haven't collected it in a couple years. There is no response when I tell them I provided it the last time I visited within the last few months. The office staff must be severely incompetent. Then, my appointment will be at a time, say...4:30 pm. I will arrive ten minutes early, get checked in, then sit there until 4:35. The medical assistant went to the front desk, chatted with the office staff for 5 minutes, then called me back. I'm sure she could have chatted after getting me to the exam room, but it seems unimportant and her time is more important. I recommend Swinyer Woseth for the treatment, but be prepared for the office staff. read more

This place of business is unethical, their receptionist quoted that there is a $65 consult fee that would go towards the procedure. After consultation I agreed and we immediately proceeded with the procedure. They charged me accordingly at time of visit and I paid in full, actually over $15 but whatever. Now they're trying to go back and charge me the $65 consult fee threatening to send to collections. Unbelievable I have to waste my time on this. Just go to Elase medical spa way better experience, results and they're actually professionals. read more

I totally stumbled by accident into finding Swinyer Woseth Dermatology, just trying to find a new dermatologist in this area to treat a discrete issue. Everyone I encountered at the practice was friendly and organized. The offices are super clean and modern. I was treated by Shane Farr who was not only very knowledgeable, but also set me at ease during the course of my treatment. My treatment required just one small stitch that came out a couple of days ago and everything healed beautifully. After my visit here, I am no longer scared of going to the Dermatologist. I was very nervous to go in for my visit, because I have a large lump of skin/cells that has been getting bigger and it is right on my "smile line" area on my backside/thigh. I went to my regular Dr, and they referred me to Swinyer Woseth, because they said whatever the lump was may bleed profusely, and they thought that I needed the services of this office. I went in, and the woman at the front desk was very nice. Then, the nurse was very nice and answered all my questions. When the Dr. came in, I started to cry during talking abut it, because it has been affecting me and my comfort level with my body for many years. (No swimsuits, always shorts when swimming or boating, because it would show like a giant nipple.) The Dr. was very professional, very reassuring and explained everything about it, what it actually was and how it formed. It is not cancerous or dangerous to my body, and the Dr. explained what the procedure to remove it would entail and an explanation of the recovery time. I felt very comfortable after my appointment, and the Dr. even removed a large mole on the back of my neck that has been catching on my clothes and occassionally bleeding from time to time. As for scheduling appointments and follow up, they do text messages, which makes it easy, especially if you are busy, like me and hate talking on the phone. I would recommend this Dermatologist to both family and friends. read more

The steroid cream Dr. Farr recommended for my daughter's eczema has helped, it came back after two weeks of being on it, and then with one week off it and one week back on it, it is returning again. Hoping through other methods Dr. Farr failed to mention as much, we can keep it from getting as bad as it was. Through my research, that is daily sun, exercise, humidifiers, (1) 5-10 min bath/shower warm not hot per day before bed, ointment/cream several times a day, lots of drinking water, less fast food, and less stress. read more

This was my first time, at the age of 50, that I had ever been to a dermatologist. Dr. Hadji was recommended to me. I am so glad I went. She was very thorough in explaining what she was looking for on my all over body skin screening and also what I should be looking for on my own body. If you want an easy experience, this is not the place for you. I found them on my insurance website as a place that was covered. I scheduled a month or two out and gave them all my information when I scheduled. I show up to my appointment today, fill out all my paperwork, and the lady tells me I will be responsible for 30% of my visit automatically. I asked her what $ amount that was and was told she wouldn't know until after. This seemed super off to me. It's a preventative annual visit which should be covered. I get in and they were polite but they told me a cash price of 150 per mole to remove and just disregarded my insurance. When I asked what was covered they said they didn't know and sent me with a bunch of codes so I could check? Why on earth wouldn't that have happened before I got here? Or at the very least you would think they would do it. Total waste of time. Then they charged me 70$ apparently for my "visit". read more

A year ago I had a lipoma removed from the back of my head. The nurse practitioner preformed the whole procedure from the cut to the stitches. The Doctor I had scheduled the appointment with never checked the work or even poked her head in.. Needless to say the lipoma has come back exactly the same size, place.... The only thing that's gone is the $900.00 co-pay.. I guess I should have kept my receipt so I could return. With so many dermatology office in the area I would look elsewhere for any other than mole inspections... Mr. Farr was very friendly but sadly not the best at lipoma removal. KIND REGARDS? I went to multiple derms in my life and have tried everything short of accutane for my acne. Aleisa Seeburger is the only one who prescribed something different based on my type of acne (hormonal) and I have been basically acne free ever since. Dr. Farr removed a cyst I had on my head. During the first appointment, he explained what type of cyst it was and was very knowledgeable. The second appointment he removed the cyst. He was very patient and thorough with the removal. He explained the after-care (which other doctors had not provided in the past).
