My go-to place for flowers. Service is near perfect (only had one issue in 4 years). The store is beautiful and inviting. They have a great collection of home decor items. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they are expensive. Their flowers are high quality but occasionally the prices border on ridiculous ($20/stem for a rose like flower). But overall it's a great experience and I've never been disappointed with a delivery that they've sent. I also love their loyalty points system. read more

I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Swish delivered to my house. Problem was that I was out of town and they were left on the doorstep on a very warm summer day. The delivery person left a message to say that he had placed in them in the best possible place on our doorstep. The bouquet looked quite fine and I enjoyed the bouquet for several days. Swish flowers called about a week later to say they had a replacement bouquet for me. I told them it wasn't necessary to replace the bouquet but they insisted the bouquet was "perfect". My second arrangement was exquisite! What a classy store! Thank you Cheryl for following up and handling this situation with the outmost professionalism! This is a store very well managed! Love their selection of flower arrangements! However, their sections of gifts are overpriced by more than 5 -8 dollars per item. I could easily have ordered these items online but chose to do so at a local business at this difficult time. Will not be doing so in the future. Buyer beware! read more

I've received many flowers from Swish over the years. Most times they are quite exceptional. Today I went in to pick up flowers my children had given me for my birthday. I was handed a bouquet that looks like one I picked up at Safeway last week. There is not one unusual or special flower. The bouquet looks like it was hastily assembled from whatever was leftover. My experience with Swish Flowers has been incredibly disappointing. While I was somewhat disappointed with the flowers themselves (the arrangement I ordered consisted solely of tulips... currently on sale at the local supermarket 8 flowers for $6 -- despite having asked for something spring-y and elegant), the most unfortunate part was the response to my concerns. Swish flowers takes a "sorry you feel that way" approach to customer service. Management made absolutely no attempt to remedy the situation and responded in a curt, defensive manner. A little compromise would have gone a long way. I would in no way recommend this florist and assure you that I will not be back -- nor will anyone who comes to me for a recommendation. read more

Not happy with the arrangement that I got for Grandmothers 80th birthday - was charged 65 dollars (+15 for delivery) for a bouquet that had only 4-5 flowers and all greenery. This was not what I had requested or expected as per pictures on instagram, and I had discussed over the phone with the lady exactly what I wanted. Very disappointed with this flower shop. read more

I tried to contact Swish to do the flowers for our small wedding since they are near home. I have friends that have gone there for arrangements and like them so I emailed them as requested on the website and then heard nothing. I emailed again and she replied with a form to fill out. I did that, sent it in the next day and then heard nothing from them again. They don't seem too inclined to take business that either isn't big enough for them or whatever the case may be. As someone who works in small business it's the customer service that leaves an impression and in this case, there was NO customer service at all - she didn't even bother to write back saying that date wasn't available or anything. I won't be going there again. read more
