It almost makes this a one stop shop for any gifts you are looking for. Also they do a lot of work in the community donating flowers to senior centres as flowers are known to help in dementia cases. For me Laurie and the staff have been very helpful every time I enter, you will not find a better place to buy flowers or any gifts for that matter. The quality of care, the way the flowers last so long, attention to detail all add up to a five star place to do business in my mind.

The carnations arrived in brown paper (as described) but no greens or baby's breath. Literally 5 carnations and that is all. Including delivery this cost me 98.00. Though the lady on the phone was very friendly and kind, and the balloons were nicely chosen ones, I feel that this order was very over priced and the presentation of the flowers was not very nice. All of the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and at a very reasonable cost. We also had them delivered to two different locations which happened smoothly and on time. I had ordered "Wishing a Speedy Recovery Vase," The lady who greeted us, was both knowledgeable and kind, also helpful. Sadly, the accolades stop there. The flowers I received were not even near what I had expected. The white whimsical fresh roses, and greenery, with a purple ribbon wound through them was presented as a bouquet with dark orange roses, a rust coloured ribbon tied around the vase, of tired looking flowers. I don't ever remember fresh flowers, having brown tips. The bouquet looked to be something you might purchase in the Autumn season. Why was a pink carnation added to the arrangement, as it had no semblance of even matching? If the shop did not have white roses, I would have expected a call from them asking what other colour I would prefer. It goes without saying, "That would have been proper protocol." The shop was closing soon and I needed this arrangement as a gift that evening, so I took those. They were no where near the quality I am used to giving. This will be a one time only visit for me.
