I explained it's raw. I can't eat it like this. If you can please cook this more. I didn't ask for another burger. I was being nice about it. He grumbled at me took it out back and with in two mins was back the the same burger that looked completely man handled and proceeds to tell me I was wrong, he cooked it right and it is cooked properly what I am seeing is ketchup. I am not an idiot. It was raw. Obviously there was no point to try and ask again. We just couldn't believe the lack of service and the even more lack of pride in what they do. I wish I would have taken a picture. Clearly red and raw. We both agreed it was a clear sign of how they run their business and will be sure to tell all our friends. It was closed :( We tried again on Saturday late afternoon, thinking it'll be closed but took the chance and drove by again anyways. IT WAS OPENED and we were all so happy lol. It was enticing as it was located in the CT plaza on Innisifil Beach. I had to give it a try as I was beyond my surroundings and I'm a total fan of poutine. It was pretty reasonable for the large portion. I just wished the fries were the thick cuts. The gravy and the cheese curds were really good, I did bring it back to my friends place and the fries kind of soaked up. Next time I'll make sure to dine in at their tables and experience it first hand. Unfortunately did not capture the food as I was way too hungry. Will try out their other toppings in the poutine category when I'm in the area.
