If you like open floor plans, and large windows that let in all the sunlight then you'll enjoy the shared co-working space. If you're working with a team and need more or a private area there's Conference style rooms where you have access to tech if you need to share information via zoom or PowerPoint on a television screen. The conference rooms also have white boards for team planning! I've had the pleasure of spending time at the WeWork in Washington, DC and it's my only other frame of reference. The Durham, NC location is downtown and here there are a variety of eateries, coffee shops, bars, etc if you are planning on extending your time into the evening. There's several parking decks in the area and my preference is on Chapel Hill road (across from the Durham Hotel)!

The Sellitti is a Atlee located in the center of the girls wear everything around it is something you want to be here. The wood is super clean and a peach or state of the art tutor Lyde and really cool modern furniture. I will forward to coming back to this place to do some work on my own. The staff are really nice and everyone was helpful in trying to help us get what we need it out of our visit. I'm looking forward to coming back and doing some work on my own. Parking can be A challenge but we are not there is parking along the side of the street and there's a couple of parking decks that are around the way.

Unfortunately not much dedicated…read moreparking... and spillover will probably use the Motorco/Fullsteam lot, thought that's not supposed to be for other businesses. It's one open room that could feel a bit warehouse-y, except they've added these great paper lanterns and twinkle lights to the rafters. Just that little touch really adds so much to the space. There are multi-stall bathrooms too. Windows don't have built-in blinds/curtains, which might cause a sun glare issue for daytime events.

If you raise your head and look up, you can see something always hanging from the roof. The building is definitely spacious, it's almost the size of a small school gymnasium; and like a school gymnasium, sometimes there are issues with the central air conditioning. It can get to an unbearable state when you have over 70 people in here but the vents were pumping out heating air. I digress. One side of the building has been dedicated to a fitness center**; sometimes over the dance music I can still hear the clanking of free weights and barbells and other equipments. Oh yea, the bathroom is a bit spartan and old-timey. **Speaking of which, I think I vaguely saw a group class doing cross-training. Perhaps I should join them right after the dance class to keep up the metabolism burning.

If your type is big, strong and handsome [BUILDINGS!], Full Frame Theater's Boiler Room has YOUR name all over it (him? her?). This incredible space welcomes guests entering Full Frame Theater, as well as sometimes its neighbor, The Power Plant Gallery. It's a VERY unique event venue flanked by mammoth coal-fired boilers that were used in the original building. You can admire the elevator shaft to the right of the front door, or envision the unseen inside (but very visible outside) base of the Lucky Strike smokestack which The Boiler Room "horeshoes" around. Enormous windows, concrete floors and brick walls give this space the perfect impression for any event [can I plan my next birthday party here?!] No space has ever scream contemporary meets historic so clearly! Plus, doors are open 9am-midnight, SEVEN days a week, so there truly is no reason to miss this drool-worthy space. Secret tip: it's air-conditioned and they've got tall-topped tables and chairs inside along the massive windows. This would be the perfect get-away from the office or {indoor} picnic lunch spot.
