I had to check it out. The reviews were amazing. They all seemed to be five star reviews. I have had many problems in the past with Dentist and I have avoided them since 2013. By now my mouth is a disaster zone. The quality of care from the beginning was top-notch and they are very understanding and gentle with you. You get a wonderful experience when you arrive, greeted with smiles, and everyone treats you with respect. They seem to know that you're going through some issues. I'm from New Orleans and I moved to the DFW area in 2015. My teeth had plague that I could brush off and there were some sensitive spots. So I knew I needed to go to a dentist but I was concerned about the sensitive spots. But my concerns were lifted. The staff took me step by step through the procedures, cost, and recommendations. Most importantly, they noted my sensitive areas and cleaned them without much pain. I didn't know the sensitive areas were cleaned until I got home and stared at the mirror for about a hour. This is the second time I came into this business where the lady in the front desk was rude and unfriendly to me. When I walked in, she stared at me (she wasn't busy at the time), never smiled, never said hello and curtly said, "What is your name?" in an annoyed rude curt tone. BUT ONE MINUTE LATER a Caucasian male walked in and she was super sweet as pie to him and said "Hello! How can I help you Sir? What is your name please?" Totally different treatment like night and day. She treated him with the utmost respect in front of me one minute after she treated me like crap. When I complained they told me to find another dentist which I did. My dentist who I have been with for years now is a million times better than this one. The old female who is the receptionist is a miserable hateful person who dislikes Asians obviously. Their lame response below "We are sorry you feel this way" is NOT an apology. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem. However, after my first visit here, I now have ZERO apprehension about going to my bi-annual cleanings/check ups. A gentleman notified me of the price of an exam, xray and cleaning very quickly. Their promotion was a limited time only and spots were filling quickly. So, I decided to get it done. I booked the appointment and I was off to the Dentist. Best Dental was easy to find but, there's a lot of traffic in the area. It's on the corner of Hulen and Altamesa. The building seems historic but, inside it's modern and cool. I was greeted right away when I walked in. Then, I was asked to fill out some forms. It only took five minutes. Then I was quickly called back to get my xray done by the D.A. that was really nice and personable. The Hygienist was also nice loaded with information. Dr. Brown, the Dentist was a female and she was super sweet! I could tell she had a great working relationship with my her team. I don't think I've been to a Dentist as nice as her. I had no cavities and she was really supportive of that. I could feel her positive energy unlike other Dentists out there. Also, the total cost of an Exam, Xay and Cleaning was $120. If you want Flouride it's not included and will be an additional $55. So, if your ok with that. Come here.
