John didn't call me back until 7pm when our appointment was supposed to be over claiming he was looking for us at 6:20, so why did he not answer my phone calls? Why did he not try to reach out? I emailed them and I'm assuming it was his wife replied and was very very rude to me, insisting it was our fault we don't understand their building and were in the wrong spot when we tried to communicate with them about where we were. If you ever have the misfortune of talking to someone named Austin may God help you. He was rude, condescending, and accusatory. Offered zero solutions to help my son and wanted to blame me for all of my son's issues (which stem in large amount from my son willfully and intentionally not taking his medications). During the phone call I did get defensive as I'm human. I didn't take well to someone being judgemental and making assumptions about me or my life when they knew nothing about me. After 15 minutes of him browbeating me and blaming me for my son's issues he randomly put me on hold because hold music suddenly came on and after a few minutes I hung up. If this is how their "therapists" treat family members then I feel bad for the patients.

We had a suicidal ideation event in the family and she was unable to discuss this topic and did not actually listen to the problem. She does not listen well and frequently changes the subject when you're speaking on a subject that matters to you. She does not delve deeper into subjects that are a clear cause of distress for you. She still dresses in what appears to be her teen daughter's clothing and has blue streaks in her hair. When it's decided that the relationship is not therapeutic and your cat would be a better therapist, she doesn't help you to find another therapist to see for treatment. She also often discusses material that is not important especially during a crisis. Again, she is very peppy and upbeat but not an effective therapist. She also specializes in addictions and acupuncture for addictions (but she has about 2 resources on addiction on her bookshelf).
