He was yelling at me to break, which caused me to panic before he would aggressively break the car. He would then fully lose his patience and straight up tell me "I can't teach you." He after yelling at me took me to a parking lot to drive and then became calm. He made the lesson free, even though I had it with his class. Don't waste your money with this school. The instructor just want your money. I signed up for my…read moredaughter, the first couple days she was out with the instructor for 1.5 hours and then the last 2 days she came home from driving less than 45 mins (when they suppose to be with the instructor driving for 1.5 hours). On the 7th day was the test. He failed her bc she couldn't park straight? He wanted me to pay $45 for her to retake the test and that's not a problem with me, but when you try to contact him for rescheduling, he will not respond at all. My daughter called him on Thursday (2/20/20) to see when he is available for testing, he said "this weekend" and now it's 2/26/20 and he didn't even text/ call my daughter about the retake. Very unprofessional and RUDE!!!!! I have tried to call/text him so many time and he refused to answer the phone or return my text. I paid $235 and got nothing with this instructor. When you try to talk to him over the phone, he will talk over you. If I can give this school a zero star, I would. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY& TIME WITH THIS INSTRUCTOR.

I went on Yelp and found Safe Driving School. The lady was pleasant, so I went ahead and signed her up. That same evening my daughter was driving. The driving instructor was beyond knowledgeable and kind. Unlike the other driving school instructor, he knew where he was going and wasn't constantly looking at his phone. He also spent the entire time with my daughter and gave her some tips that I am even going to use. It was definitely a different experience, and I can't say enough good things about Safe Driving School.

The instructor I was assigned spent most of my lessons taking calls for his other business, texting and letting me know I should pay him directly for any future lessons. Given how much anxiety I and many others have about driving, I expected more professionalism and instruction. Overall, it wasn't a good experience for me.
