All of the staff are so welcoming ,friendly and REALY do give you 5Star treatment from the minute you walk through the door. Not only do you get the most beautiful hair care,cut,colouring what ever your style it is done to perfection. With a cup of wonderful coffee in your hand two minutes from sitting on your seat and even a little treat of whatever the staff are having may that be a little chocolate or scone shared with all the customers. So weather you are entering Charles & co for the first time, or a long time customer, or a visitor to our beautiful city, all are welcomed with a smile and all receive the 5 Star treatment from Charles and his wonderful team.

He is not afraid to tell you what would NOT suit you and you always look and feel great when you leave. Olive is a great colourist and goes out of her way to ensure the colour will suit you and that you're happy with it. It's a really friendly salon, where everyone knows your name and you can be sure of a good pampering. You get an indian head massage, rather than rinsed. Luxurious. All of the girls are lovely and the tea, coffee, scones and cakes a treat. Very reasonably priced.

They have a good teeth whitening service as well as beauty parlour in here. Slightly more expensive but many people will tell you they are worth it.

Glen is so passionate about hair and it shows in the way he cuts, styles and treats you as a customer. People would say that he is very expensive, it is £35 for a wash, cut & blow dry, but to be honest, it is worth every penny. You can nearly see him cut every strand of hair. The time and effort he puts into you from entering the salon until you leave is second to none. Everyone admires my hair and always asks who cuts it. Before you leave the salon he books you in for your next appointment which for me is every 6 weeks. Keep up the great work Glenn, Jason & Aaron.
