I wasn't sure if I have to tip extra because she's driving to me. Turns out, you don't. So far I've met with her three times (trim, color & color correction). One of the times, I asked if she could meet me at my gym because I had a class to attend. She was happy to oblige & it felt like VIP service. And with the third visit, I had planned to at least tip her to cover gas expenses or something but she adamantly refused to take my payment. Honestly, how sweet is that?! Her customer service is phenomenal. Her bubbly personality makes for easy conversation (not awkward). Her idea of this mobile salon is innovative. Her skills are great. Her pricing reasonable.
