You ruined my wedding day. Absolutely devastating... It saddens me to have to write this review but I feel is important other brides-to-be know my experience with Stacey I'm still in shock and so disappointed at how things turned out. My hair and makeup was nothing like the inspo pics I shared, and all that was promised and discussed prior to my big day, ignored. No care for the timeline to ensure there was plenty of time to get the bride's hair and makeup done properly. No make-up touch-ups, nothing...I didn't even get a touch kit so I could it touch it up myself prior photos which is standard when it comes to weddings - Stacey left a makeup brush with lip-gloss wrapped in tissue paper which by the time we got back to the villa to get ready for photos had dried up! My Hair and makeup styles were simple (see pic attached). makeup was a natural bronzed look with a sleek side part hairstyle with loose curls. The end result? An absolute disaster, I can't even bring myself to look at the pictures not to mentioned the little wave I had in my hair dropped before I walked down the aisle looking frizzy and dull - just awful. Stacey did very little to fix the issue, she tried to convince me to walk down the aisle with a hairstyle that was unacceptable so she could be done with the job. Our videographer had to jump in and help as she knew I couldn't walk down the aisle looking like that. After trying to fix the initial bad job for over 30min we had to wash my hair and start over. Stacey did a rushed bad dry-off job making it worse. We ran out of time and as I was panicking trying to get dressed and make the terrible hair and makeup work everyone in that room jumped in to help but Stacey, the person responsible, quietly left without saying a word to me, not even an apology or an attempt to make it right. She had been paid so who cares, right?! Her lack of care and problem solving caused major issues and completely ruined my day. I was late for the ceremony which impacted first look pictures with my uncle, getting ready pics with my bridesmaids and my mum, I missed out on all those moments and don't have any pictures of it! I was so upset and stressed out I couldn't enjoy the walking down the aisle and looking at my husband moments as all I could think about was the messy makeup and frizzy hair. It also impacted our cocktail hour and time for couple photos which was cut in half! These are moments you can't do over, they are lifetime moments forever tainted! I know it means nothing to Stacey s she was paid upfront but it meant the world to me. I was so stressed I don't remember walking down the aisle and only noticed I had my dress belt in the wrong way halfway through the pictures. The whole experience was devastating and I don't think she has any idea how much it affected me. She ruined my wedding day. read more

Why is there only 5 stars?!? She needs more! Another review that is long past due! Stacey and her team were AMAZING! I booked her about 7-8 months before our wedding. We did our trial mid-July and I knew she was the one! I honestly don't trust ANYONE with my make up, especially fake lashes, she nailed it! They look natural and didn't bother me at all throughout the whole day and night. I even fell asleep with my make-up on and everything was still intact! Stacey, came to our hotel suite to get us all ready. She was there by 6:50am to start at 7am. She is TALENTED! All my girls LOVED her! We all got full service (hair and make-up) and it was soo nice to have her get us all ready, while we were trying to a million other things via phone/email/text. Honestly, without Stacey I would have not only been in a panic mode, but also looked like a hot mess-which I was feeling! She nailed my make-up and hair! She is sooo sweet and easy to get along with. My make-up was perfect, my hair was amazing! I got soo many compliments. "I had a friend tell me I can see your eyelashes from across the room" and I thanked her, but couldn't take credit for it! Stacey listened to exactly what I wanted (like full lashes!) and even before my dress was on I felt like a bride already! As soon as my dress went on I felt like I was glowing (until I was ready to walk down that aisle- it was so nerve-wrecking!)! Stacey did 5 full hair and make-ups, 1 MOB, 3 FGs and she even accomodated last minute add ons (a few of my Bms wanted airbrush after seeing what it looked like on me). She didn't seem to rush us at all- even though her sons bday party was that day! She was patience and all n all just wanted to make me look like a gorgeous bride! I even had my now husbands friend tell me "You usually look pretty, but tonight you look like you belong on the big-screen" Lol. Take note, he told me that after the wedding was over - my dress was heavy (I was hot for a period of time, I was dancing and just thought my hair would be done at that point). It is all thanks to Stacey and her team that I was still able to feel like the beautiful bride all brides should experience! She even left me a lipgloss for the color I was wearing for touch-ups! She is understanding and just such a joy to work with! If you are looking for a make-up artist for any occasion this is your girl! Her pricing is amazing considering how talented she is. I had about 11 people total doing hair/makeup the day of the wedding and I was so impressed how calm Stacey and her team were. We stayed on schedule and definitely provided some entertainment with such a lively bridal party. Stacey is very professional, personable, and accommodating. All of my bridesmaids were impressed with the final product and everyone looked absolutely beautiful. Stacey used air brush makeup and I was impressed at how natural the makeup looked. I absolutely love Stacey!!! She is so great to work with. She put me at ease and made everything go accordingly. She was absolutely responsive during the entire planning process and made the day of go by beautifully. She listened to all of my needs as well as my bridal parties likes and dislikes for make up. She got there bright and early and set up given that it was raining and fridays usually has rush hour traffic.
