I appreciate that there are walk in appointments available when an injury or illness happens unexpectedly, so that I can see my own doctor rather than going to Urgent Care. Received a letter in the mail with ZERO explanation why practice "fired" me. Sad part is, I truly loved my doctor so them stating "I was unhappy with my care" was a lie. I had never complained, been rude, I always paid bill before seen, so ZERO reason for this treatment. What a huge disappointment. read more

I went there as a new patient. When I arrived for my appointment I informed them I had a slight fever. Was told to wait outside in the cold rain until they could decide what they were going to do. 15 minutes later, the receptionist slides open a window and asks if I've heard from the RN yet. If I had, why would I be standing in the cold rain? When I asked what was going on, was told it was the policy of the practice to not see sick people. So a primary care doctor wants me to go to ER instead? Never in my life have I been treated with such disregard. Have been patient for almost 20 years. Have had 2 Nurse practices during that time. Most recent, Jessica, just left. Will miss her. Both of them FANTASTIC. A loss for the practice but will continue there as I have every confidence in them. read more

Staff is friendly with a casual atmosphere. Always get my calls returned in a timely manner and I get appts when I need them. Great medical office with great caregivers! read more

I love the doctor here--Jessica Ange. It's a bit hard to find at first, because the google maps and gps are all crazy. Be warned about that! I also end up waiting an hour every time I come. They desperately need to work on their scheduling practices. read more

I've been going here since before I was born, Literally. One of the doctors delivered me. He is retired now, but I see one of the other doctors. She is kind and compassionate and really listens to my concerns. One word of advice though is to try to get a morning appointment because if you don't, you will probably wait in the waiting room for a while because they tend to get really busy. Also if your issue isn't urgent it may be weeks before you can see one of the main doctors, but you can usually get in to see one of the two physician's assistants quickly. But I like and trust them fully as well, I have seen Kathy Campbell on numerous occasions and she is very compassionate and through. read more

I went here only because there weren't many options around where I lived. I've always had a pretty neutral experience until recently. I moved to California with my husband and he's been deployed on a ship for months, so visiting the gynecologist wasn't exactly on the top of my To Do list. I went to get a regular refill of my birth control and the pharmacist told me it had run out and I needed to contact my doctor. That was on Saturday and I needed to start taking my pills again the next day. So I called on Monday but my doctor doesn't work on Mondays. Really? What gynecologist works four days out of the week? I was really hoping they'd still be able to refill it, at least until I could find a new doctor over here, but the pharmacy said they hadn't heard anything all day. So I called back the next morning and the receptionist said my doctor still hadn't checked her messages and couldn't promise that she would get around to refilling my prescription. So now it's been a few days without my prescription and I'm raving mad. The receptionists aren't very nice or helpful, they never remind you that you need to schedule an appointment for a yearly checkup (that's why I'm in this situation in the first place), and they send bills months after you've visited and I usually can't pay because I've already budgeted out my month. I'm glad I don't have to deal with this place anymore. read more
