I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this business. My son was tested and was helped in both math and reading Mr. Dino. The owner and director took time out of his schedule to be part of my child's IEP meeting to make sure he got all the things he needed. He is doing so much better went from barely passing classes to a 3.0 grade point average. read more

I had a phone conversation, that looks like it's leaning in this direction, I'm praying it's not, He was completely different when trying to enroll my grandson, I know it can't be used but that's why I record individuals in this line of business. He stated my grandson was there on certain dates he was not, I called spoke with a representative, he didn't call, however, he's confused that he's speaking with my son, not his mother on the phone. You should not have to go through anything of this sort once you make a decision. read more

This place is terrible. I called to appeal false accusations related to my test scores. The owner( Dino) is rude and has zero customer service skills. I called him to file a complaint about one of his employees and was greeted with yelling and frustration. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but it was terrible. He was very short and quite rude. Although he did later apologize for his actions, it wasn't enough. A customer should never be greeted with rudeness or disrespect. I get we all have bad days but the yelling was so inappropriate. His director, Christina was no better. I'm hoping to file a formal complaint with testing services about the behavior of everyone involved. read more

We had a great experience at Sylvan this past Summer. Our daughter needed assistance with reading comprehension and Dino and Bob were fantastic to work with to determine the best course of action. They are great with the kids and I wouldn't hesitate at all to go back. read more

My grandson was two years behind where he should've been midway through the 5th grade. After attending Sylvan tutoring for the second half of the year and during the summer, he entered the 6th grade above grade level in reading and has been named top math student for the first two quarters.
