I also suffer from severe migraines and sciatica. Every masseuse I have been to always asks where I want extra attention but I've never had anyone deliver like Erin! She has a lot of knowledge in the area and has taken extra courses to provide AMAZING relief for people who suffer from pain like myself. She not only focused on problematic areas through massage, but she also helped me with stretching. Erin is super friendly and spectacular at her job. This review is long overdue…read more I made the best decision of my life to become a patient with Dr. Garcia back in early 2014. I wanted to brighten up my 56 year old skin, Dr. Garcia and Sonja knew exactly what would work for me. I set up some appointments and instantly bonded with the office staff, everyone was so friendly and happy, that to me is a great indication of a well run business. Shortly after setting up those appointments I got a phone call from my GP that I had cancer. I realized that I would be dealing with much bigger issues than a brighter, smoother complexion so I called Sonja and cancelled my plans. I also asked Sonja to please check with Dr. Garcia to see if he could and would get me through the needed surgery and reconstruction. I innately knew that this was the Doctor and office for me! That very day that I got that scary phone call I became a patient on a whole new level. Dr. Garcia agreed to take on my reconstruction and I never for one moment felt fear, anxiety or hopelessness. Words cannot describe how welcome I felt at each and every appointment. No question was too silly and believe me I documented every little detail as Sonja can attest. I wanted to be armed with every bit of information out there for anyone in my circle of family and friends that might ever get diagnosed with this disease. Each step of the process was explained and I am happy to report I had zero setbacks. I trusted Dr. Garcia thoroughly and wow, does he know his profession. I was a regular in the office for more than a year and I looked forward to every visit because I was given the gift of hope, fearlessness and the extra bonus of getting my shape back. I am very happy to report all is done, I am more than happy with the results, being cancer free and feeling good about my appearance is not something I take lightly. She even followed with an email complete with links to YouTube videos explaining more about the healing properties. The box is bigger so therefore it is scanning right." uh, no. the price of the shelf disagrees. She then says to the next customer that she "tries not to let negativity in the world affect her". I don't what school of customer service this person flunked out of, but she definitely does not belong in this job. Dr's of Pharmacy that don't provide care, just find a way to get you out of the way. They have…read moreplenty of customers. Blame the Dr who sent the script, blame the insurance company, "oh, we never received it, must be a computer problem". "Can't fill it until tomorrow, Wallgreen's policy" the very next day they hand you a bottle with 180 pills in it. "We can only fill 30 days of a 90 day script, you need to come back two more times", well... NYS law proved them wrong, again! I used this pharmacy for 7 years, had to finally say "NO MORE" Refusal to fill as legally prescribed, continued delays in filling critical medication, inventory problems, significant staff turnover, training problems for front line staff, the manager of the store didn't know the pharmacist was an actual doctor. Wow... I have had to correct the pharmacist several times, had the insurance company tell them they are wrong, all of this while standing in the store waiting for them to do their jobs. Go to WalMart, they help fix issues, they remembered me after one visit and they corrected two insurance issues. So... leave these so called healthcare providers aside and go someplace else!!!

I think that it's a combination of drinking fluorinated water, getting fluoride treatments as a kid, brushing/flossing regularly and yes...some luck. I've never had a cavity in spite of some lapses in my getting cleanings over the years. Now that I am a little bit older, I try to keep up with it. I have been visiting a different location (same practice) in the area, however, Heather...the dental hygienist...also works out of this office. I basically follow Heather wherever she goes. Earlier this week I had my overdue appointment for a cleaning and, as always, Heather did a marvelous job. I don't have the fear of dentists that many others do... simply because I have never had a cavity (nor any major dental work ...with the exception of having my wisdom teeth removed a long, long time ago). When I met the dentist herself... I believe it was Dr. Smith... I was very happy with her expertise and approach. I had to go back for a brief visit the following day for a preventative procedure and even that was a good experience. They are very serious about Covid protocols which makes me very comfortable/happy. This particular office is actually much more convenient to where I live, so I plan on making this my primary dentist location moving forward. I highly recommend.
