I have taken the necessary steps to report her to the police and file a small claim complaint and google business to ensure she faces legal consequences for her actions. Margaret has been VERY incredibly rude and has made me feel SUPER EXTREMELY uncomfortable every time I've been around her. So far she has been the most irritating person I've ever encountered. It seems like she assumes that immigrants like me can be easily taken advantage of. During my first visit to her office, she insisted that I provide information without given me head up in phone before I visit. She attempted to manipulate and gaslight me, questioning why I couldn't fulfill her request given me very BAD ATTITUDE . Additionally, she asked for more money to meet in another office. During our second meeting at government building, I expected finally I would get it done and rid of her but she arrived an hour late. She never apologized and had a VERY BAD attitude towards me. We went to a government office, and it turned out that the documents she had advised me to bring were insufficient. It was evident that she had TOTALLY NO IDEA about the necessary documents, the WORST was she complaint me in public and keep gaslighting that was my fault ! And come forward accusing me of wasting her time, even though I had paid for her services and she is the one cause all this . This whole experience made me SO EMOTIONALLY DRAINED, as I had to deal with her EXTREMELY NEGATIVE energy. To make matters worse, during our third meeting, she asked me for more money ( unreasonable amount) for gas and HER VALUABLE TIME . I finally cant put up this and requested a refund, but she refused, claiming that no refunds were possible. In summary, I strongly advise DO NOT USING ANY SERVICES in this business ! This is definitely not a legit business! No body deserves to get so much trouble and disappointment by paying so much money. Don't get fool because the side on the office show cheap price ! It's not cheap at all !!!! I am sharing my experience to warn others and ensure to avoid falling victim to her scams. ONCE AGAIN This is not a legitimate business, if you think it's cheap and use their service you might end up get the same experience that I had .
