The attorney said he was able to work on it even without the NJ bar. I was like okay since my case was very straight forward. After a month since we started the case, I haven't heard any progress and my ex was rushing me everyday. I decided to send Leon an email. After a few weeks past, I didn't hear back from him and then I called the office. The receptionist, who picked up my call, sounded clueless. She asked me to spell my name at least 5 times and I felt that she was very annoyed with my long last name. I asked her to let Leon know to reply my call or email. However, I never got the response. A week later, I decided to switch the attorney and then finally I heard back from Leon. And he added some statements in the drafted settlement document from the opponent attorney, which didn't apply anymore. It costed me almost $1000. I am very disappointed that a almost 5 star attorney on Yelp provided a 1 star service to me. The divorce process was already depressing and this didn't help at all. There was another attorney in Mr.Marzec's office whom I had not researched. I signed up with that attorney, Mr.Noll who turned out to be the worst disaster imaginable: his brain is not functioning properly - he has, in my opinion, some sort of dementia or Alzheimer's, I have a very long list of shocking and bizarre statements that attorney made, including a conflict of interests low ball offer on my property in litigation. You can literally tell him something, and a few seconds later he will be asking "but why did this happen?". He helped me to get rid of tenants (that alone is a separate disaster story) - and then he asks me: "Why don't you rent it out?"....... (face palm...) He could not remember the details of the case, he gave my polar opposite statements numerous times, I mean - he was a complete disaster. When I rebelled, he made up lies about me. I tried to contact Mr.Marzec about this attorney that he "recommends" - with no avail. First time he hung up on me and then didn't pick up the phone, another time he offered to meet - only to disappear on me. I emailed him a long list of Mr.Noll's bizarre doings - no response. On top of all that, the bill from the dysfunctional attorney is so high that another attorney laughed when i told him. He did next to nothing for me and charged me tens of thousands. And Mr.Marzec was not available to discuss or to respond, he keep pressuring me to pay the bill. My opinion - Mr.Marzec should refund me most of what I paid since almost nothing was done. EDIT: Mr.Marzec saw my review and called me demanding that I remove it, or, he said, he will sue me for defamation (I asked what defamation, he did not respond) and that he "has to respond to it" and that he will say that i am mentally sick.
